“I was extremely happy with how Tildy Floral rectified a bit of a hiccup with my order. The bottom line is that within 15 minutes of the 1st arrangement being delivered, a new arrangement was delivered. Seriously, what business these days makes good on a commitment to solve a mistake with a 15 minute turnaround? I will order for Tildy Floral Design again! Also, the young lady who works the phones could not have been more helpful both when I placed the order and when I asked for a correction. She deserves accolades.”
