Clean store. Friendly staff! They just didn't have what we needed. Harbor Freight sells tools but not the hardware (screws, nails, etc). I would definitely shop here for other things they do carry.

This store is a toy store for men that love tool and the gurage! The prices are the lowest around. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was:
I notice that they are fast to ask you do you need help, and then they are fast to also say they do not have it. I told him that it is small item and can be easily overlooked, he insisted on being right. I looked around and found the item. Much needed to work on my hydraulic system mercedes benz.

The new bern location is 10 miles further than morehead. I will always travel the extra mileage to get the superior service I get in new bern . I especially want to recognize the sale Mgr. Stacy Roberts. This lady turned a very stressed situation into a pleasant shopping experience. God Bless you.
