Mayra who was working the other desk was super knowledgeable of all the phones in the store including the plans that go with them. I asked her a ton of questions and she was very professional. These two ladies are definitely an asset to Boost mobile and should get raises for their preffesionalism and knowledge of how everything works in this store. “Yesterday my husband and I went to US Cellular to change our provider Spectrum that we weren’t happy with, We were greeted with a nice young man named Keenan Johnson that helped us through our process to get cell phones our landline & WiFi switched over it, it was a long process but he was patient very professional and thorough and made sure our phones were working properly, my husband needed help with the his music and his Apple Watch and he didn’t mind helping. We even got free updates my favorite color Lavender my husband got a Black one, Keenan Johnson is definitely and asset to the Company, he even walked us to the door after we were done. Today since we were waiting for Spectrum to approve our Landline Keenan was off and we got a call from The Manager Kyle Swinson to follow up who was very polite and professional and thorough also, who is also an asset to this Company.
