“We have been traveling in retirement now with our new camper. We stopped in a charming town called New Bern,NC. We found a clean and affordable laundromat there. Charles was in charge and he was a kind and personable young man. We have never been to such a warm and friendly environment. I had to add one more observation about Charles. He went over and above by getting a birthday cake that day for, I believe, an 85 year old man that was a regular there. He had no family and Charles treated him like one. We have been taking pictures for our scrapbook of all the wonderful people we meet in our travels. Thanks Luis for taking Charles picture for us.”

“First time in. My bed pillow and bed spread is too big for my washer and dryer. Attendant was very nice and helpful. I had cost shock because it has been 40 years since I've used a laundromat. All in all it was pleasant experience.”

“I have gone there [at their Neuse location] for years. Clothing from Wally, Target and an expensive comforter (and a few one of a kind expensive pieces of clothing too). I've NEVER experienced ANY of the problems mentioned. I've was ill for a long time and when I went in the guy recognized me, asked where I'd been and was sooooooooo nice about my illness, etc. I have, yet again been ill and have a lot of things to be cleaned - NOTHING INFECTIOUS GUYS, DONT WORRY! I'll be loading my car soon with my summer clothes to wear and winter to pack away. I'm so lucky to have guys like yunz in town to help me out. Thank you so much.
