New Bern Lowes , Doesn't care about their Customers. I Spoke to the Store Manager on a misplaced Lowes card was around 1k. He said it was nothing that could be done .HE asked " why havent we spent the money on it " First off Sir it's none of your business to question, when we decide to use it...The MANAGER was being a smart tail on the issue and Later , Said " I will check into it and call you back " He never did. Guess he isn't intelligent enough to pull it up by your name ..Cause THANKFULLY to the Main Office they cared enough to take the time and Look. They found the transaction and Helped.
Thank you Lowes ( Corporate) for Taking the time to help.. My stars are for New Bern...(Corporate deserve a 10 plus)

Garden section employees are good , wood section is bad . Expect longer than normal waits here. Plan ahead for a wait even if it’s not busy.

Not impressed, can't ever get help in the store or on the phone. Either the employees are rude or non existent and can't be found. Went in last week and had a plumbing question, the gentleman was rude and it was apparent I was bothering him with my question. Just tried to call the store and the customer service phone for 3 solid minutes, no one ever answered. DO BETTER LOWES OF NEW BERN.....

Very bad customer service. This is the worst low I ever seen. I never spent any more money with them. I bought my washer and dryer my carpet and they’re bringing my washer and dryer. They ain’t any connecting with it. I’ll try to call nobody answer. No, I can’t get a hold of nobody. This is the worst is Lowe’s. I’m not spending any more money with them.

Pretty bad customer service. They Refuse to do simple exchange with receipt and prefer just doing refunds.
Managers lie to customers, customer service cashiers don't know their jobs well.

Worst customer service out of any Lowe’s I have ever shopped at. Just make the drive to Home Depot because general manager Miguel and whole staff are useless, untrained, & the least knowledgeable staff I think in the whole state

Went online and placed an order, within a couple of hours went and picked up and exactly what I needed! Spent twice that amount of time online with that one down the street and never did get what needed. Better service at Lowes!

Worst Lowe’s in eastern NC. They have several rude and unhelpful employees. They don’t follow their own policies and I’m convinced it’s poor management. I placed two online orders for in-store pick up. After picking up these orders and asking the customer service associate to do the pick up in the computer, they failed to do so. I continued to get notifications and text messages for days after picking up the items stating that my order was ready for pick up. It took 4 additional phone calls and finally a conversation with a manager to have the pick up completed. This is just one example of several frustrating experiences at this store. I’d much rather drive to Jacksonville.

Lowes install of windows. Ordered 10 windows in Oct. 2023. Arrived in February. One was broke on arrival. Lowes installer after doing a crappy job(left nails shot through wood trim) was fired. It's now May 14 2024 and after getting run around for months of days they have scheduled with no call-no shows, broken window is still unresolved. Never again.

Their selection is ok but not as good as Home Depot in many ways. They seem to keep changing products. Quite a few parts they always carried are out of stock and now you need a backup supplier.
