the absolute worst Lowe's I have ever experienced. my company has ordered items from many Lowe's and this store always seems to screw it up in someway. Good luck if you use them.

We made the mistake or ordering countertops and backsplash through LOWE'S New Bern North Carolina They were very happy take our full payment, thousands of dollars, which they required, up front. Four months later we were still waiting for the job to be finished. Their contractors were sub-par and did not do what they were contracted to do. Our many, many calls to the LOWE'S salesperson, asst managers and stote managers were useless. They would promise to look into the problems and then do nothing. We finally contacted the district manager ourselves and he was helpful. When asked if we wanted to finish the job with Lowes or get a partial refund, we of course requested the refund. Overall I would caution anyone from ordering any countertops from Lowe's. Incredibly POOR SERVICE.

Went to buy a diesel heater after searching for inventory online.Entered the store, and found an even better heater for spending a few more dollars (I walked in this store ready to spend $350+).I dragged the box out myself to compare specs to the cheaper version, and made a decision that I'm tired of shivering in my shop at night. I stood in front of the customer service representative and asked if I could borrow the flat bed hand truck behind her.Completely ignored, no follow up, no recognition as a human being.Asked another representative where I could find a flat bed hand truck to move my item. I was told they were on the other side of the store (with one unused one I pointed out being less than 10 feet away). And was not offered any assistance with the locally unused moving cart. And then I was promptly deserted.I then picked up my own 70lb item and carried it to the checkout line (Passing two employees) where there were zero open registers and carried it back over to the self-checkout line (keep in mind, this is a 210,000 BTU Dewalt diesel shop heater).I was greeted by a helper who did not know where a barcode was, and kept asking me for my lowes pro card. I'm cold, tired, and winded from carrying my own 70lb item across half the store while passing half a dozen employees. I asked what the points were for on the lowes pro card and had no answers on what they could be redeemed for, what they were used for, or anything more than another useless number thing to collect like a Pokémon card. Was also again, offered zero help with handling my purchase. Was complimented on my strength and constitution for the basic task of purchasing a heavy, bulky item and carrying it half a mile like some sort of fireman training.I scanned my item, paid my $460 dollars for my Dewalt diesel powered heater, and then picked it back up and carried it to my car while passing two more employees without an offer for help. While exiting the store I heard a employee shouting "DID YOU PAY FOR THAT!?" as I was carrying a box 2/3 of my size to my car.The heater works great, and I'm super satisfied with its performance.I'm extremely disappointed with lowes and will avoid shopping there in the future. Home Depot/ACE hardware has way more respect for the working man and the customers who show up to spend money. I interacted with 4 employees in the store and 2 in the parking lot and not once was offered help with a box clearly labeled "TEAM LIFT".I guess that just means Me, Myself and I supervising the team lift.If Lowes is paying their night shift crew 15 dollars an hour, then it's 14 dollars an hour too much.I've gotten better service at the DMV.

It's LowesA big box store with huge inventory, difficult to find what you need, good prices, but lower quality than the homeowner doing his own work would like. But ++ cheaper

First of all, Everrett (spelling) was phenomenal and helped me find some parts i needed and was extremely helpful answering questions. He’s the kind of employee you want to keep around. For the bad, before he helped me two other associates were “trying to help,” but they clearly did not know what they were looking for. They should have been honest and said they would get me other help, thankfully the gentleman came over anyways and let them go, but don’t waste our time and just be honest. Lastly, as I’m writing this i have been trying to speak to a human at lowes and it has been ringing for 13 minutes…. No body answers the phones, who in their right mind thought ringing the entire time is what callers want to hear? Why is no one answering (this is my third attempt in two days)? I would not be dealing with this store if I didn’t have to at this point.

I’ve watched our New Bern Lowe’s grow and relocate to bigger buildings and like our Walmart the parking lot is always full but everything and everyone inside they are doing their best to be the best and I use to enjoy the selection of parts and products but since the last five years their hardware and small plumbing parts leave much to be desired use to be you could find that hard to find part but now all your choices are VERY Limited and you’ll end up in Jacksonville finding what you need at HOME DEPOT of which we need here to straighten them out. Prices a WAY TO HIGH also and if you do your homework you’ll find out they are paying less from suppliers and charging MORE TO US and blaming it on them all the while posting RECORD PROFITS! I own their stock so I see it. Home Depot is in Jacksonville and we need one here. But I still LOVE my Lowe’s just wish they liked their customers more !!
