Being retired, we were limited on what we could spend on a vehicle for towing our boat. There was one, but it was a tad out of our budget. After visiting the user friendly website, Riverside MITSUBISHI , on Hwy 17 and Trent Road, more than met our expectations. Tyler, our sale's assistant and Dion, the dealership manager, were friendly, courteous and gave us first class service. We purchased a late model Jeep Grand Cherokee, low milage for it's age, great condition. They insured all the bells and whistles worked, it was thoroughly clean, had a slight flaw in the body taken care of and answered all our questions. We will make sure we have the car serviced at their dealership and, if it is in the cards, will go there again for a purchase. This was the best and easiest car purchase experience ever!

Absolutely amazing experience! I went there looking to trade in my truck and find something with a lower payment/better gas mileage. Lee and Phil killed it! Not only that but they were both incredibly professional and pleasant to work with. I’m bringing my friend back this weekend! Highly recommend.

We have been repeat buyers and loyal service customers for years at Riverside and that’s due to Aaron “Big Will” Williams. He is by far the best sales person and has become a close friend of our family. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle do yourself a favor and ask for Will. Makes it a no hassle experience and will shoot you straight. He has and will continue to earn our business. Aaron Williams thank you brother.

overheard a blonde woman talking to staff like they were garbage in front of customers. They on the other hand were professional. She had a loud voice and didn't care that we all could hear her talking about men named James and Mike. Shes very unprofessional and very foul mouthed. suppose she doesn't realize how loud she is. Im not sure who James is but according to what I could piece together Mike works at the TN store. I will do some research. She needs to stay away from the public and learn to treat employees with some respect. very disappointing that she is an employee.

I first took my PT cruiser to the Chrysler dealership in early June to get engine work done.. my car was in the Chrysler garage a week had not heard from anybody about my car so I called there and when I did they couldn't even find my car in their system they told me that their computers had broke down and that their phone lines were messed up and they were having problem contacting people and they were having to go back into their systems and do things manually the old way and that they were way behind well I accepted that explanation and ask how much the car was going to cost to be text I was told 3800 . I told them that I needed the whole quote with tax and whatnot so I could round up the money that's what I was told when I got to the car dealership finally a week after that to get picked my car up they tried to charge me $4,500 well when I told the man that that's not what I was quoted and that I didn't have that much money and that I had asked him two different occasions that I needed the total he said okay I will just we'll make it happen so he comes back and he charges me $3,800 after that he wasn't very nice so I leave the dealership with my car well by the time I get to my house the car is overheating so I finally get back home of the dealership and tell them my car is overheating and they need to look at it because it was not a problem before so they told me that they'd have my car towed in at a certain point in time and I said okay well I was having a lot of trouble with them contacting me so I called him that morning and told them since my family owns a construction company we have a flatbed truck and I was just going to bring the car in for them so they didn't have to get it towed well they wouldn't answer my phone calls so I'll just came there and dropped the car off I went into the dealership service department to tell them that I dropped the car off and I looked at the man and said you know I'm here to drop my car off I've been waiting for y'all to call me and I couldn't get a phone call from you nobody's calling me back and the service provider told me that I was a liar called me names embarrass me in front of other people and the place and I asked for the manager well the manager came up and the manager talked down to me and was very condescending treated me like dirt so then I went to the HR department finally the manager reached the owner the owner personally contacted me and apologize for the way I had been treated and took my car back into the dealership they found out why it was overheating and they fixed it they didn't charge me for it which was very nice and I do appreciate that I did not appreciate the way that service manager mark talk to me like I was a dog and then tried to act like he didn't do any of it when the owner approached him with it well I ended up getting my car back the car ran good everything was fine until I went to the service station to get it inspected the inspector called me up there and asked me if I was aware that the casing that held the dipstick to the transmission fluid was broke off and was wedged in between the muffler and the dipstick it didn't used to be like that I told him no I wasn't aware of it so I called the car dealership back and talk to Lee told her what was going on she said okay they would try to and I wasn't even calling to get it fixed I was calling to let her know how they rigged my car up well she offered to take care of it for me I told her that was fine she said she'd reach out and the day or two she did reach out the next day told me that she tried to get me there on Tuesday that was the last time I ever got any kind of contact with her it's that's been over a week try calling nobody will accept my phone calls so I go there today come to be told that the service manager Mark says I'm banned from the premises and I'm not allowed to be there anymore .. why would I be banned from a Chrysler dealership I have done nothing wrong I

Went into the dealership after being told by the internet sales rep that their 0 down, 0% interest was on new and used cars. The salesperson in the dealership advised me that the person on the computer told me wrong, even after I showed him the messenger conversation. Then offered under kbb price on my trade after their ad said *up to $5,000 over*. I understand *up to*... but to offer under kbb was insulting. We left and I messaged the internet rep to let them know the dealership wouldn't honor the 0% interest she'd told me was part of the event. She then apologized and then blocked me from messaging further. Not a good experience at all!

Absolutely the most amazing experience i’ve ever had buying a new car. Will -Aaron Williams went above and beyond mere salesmanship and professionalism getting me into the car i thought i couldn’t afford. The Finance team worked miracles. My husband also bought a car the same day! i guess i just can’t rave enough. Thank you, everyone!

Went in to see about trading in for a new vehicle and was met at the door with great service from the start. If you need a new vehicle go in and see Phil, he took care of everything I asked for and more! Definitely planning on returning when my wife or I plan on getting another vehicle!

Amazing experience! If you're in the market for a new vehicle, go to this dealership and ask for Phil! The staff was friendly but Phil went above and beyond to get the exact vehicle that I wanted! HE'S THE MAN! Transaction was smooth, transparent and I got a great deal! I'll see him in about 5 years when I want another truck!

We drove 3 hours for them to tell us that the vehicle was available but they won't stand behind it due to rust. After which they attempted to sell us something $6k more than the one we drove to see. Ugh... we were frustrated and we got up and left. Wont do business with them!

Just bought a Jeep Cherokee for my daughter from one of the nicest, low-pressure salesmen you could ever hope to meet, Gary. He gave us a fair deal and was very knowledgeable, This was probably the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. Thank you for everything!
