Made eye contact, locked door, turned lights off on me. Not 10pm as posted , been here pumping my big truck up for at least 6 or 7 minutes, then searching for service, then trying to figure out how to add review, snap picture, type two seperate reviews as it gave me the option ..what a joke lady. 8/10/24 white suv ..what a joke

This place is classic ENC. Great place to grab breakfast or lunch on your to or from Croatan NF. Cheese biscuits are the best anywhere in the state. Hands down.

This she'll is actually known by the locals as Merchants Grocery. They have a small grill and make great cheeseburgers, hot plates, etc. You can get fishing and hunting license, rent kayaks and they have a boat landing. The grill is open for breakfast and lunch and are usually very busy. Lana and Casey are great.

I work with Ryan M. in Durham. He highly recommended this place. Says he worked here in highschool. Told me if I was in the area I should get one of the hamburgers. I did, it was amazing. If you're in the New Bern area you need to stop in here and get a hamburger/cheeseburger and fries you will not be disappointed. After I left, Ryan told me to get it topped with shrimp sounds like a good combo to me. Next time for sure. Oh, and the little grocery store has just about everything. Great Little Country Store.
