The staff wasn't very knowledgeable about the process of "upgrading" my phone. And beware: There is no such thing as a "free upgrade". Very disappointing.Update: While trying to figure out why my phone was being sluggish, I discovered that my SD card that was in the phone I traded in was not transferred to my new phone. The store will not answer their phone so I can at least inquire to its whereabouts. I will definitely not be going back to the New Bern location to conduct any further business with T-mobile. Horrible service.

Fixed my phone problems in no time. The friendly, knowledgeable, andprofessional representativeknew exactly what the problem was, fixed it, and we were in and out.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with one of the most outstanding workers at TMobile, and I simply cannot praise Julius's customer service skills enough. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist.This remarkable worker went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. He patiently listened to my inquiries and provided detailed answers, showing an impressive knowledge of the products and services offered.Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also possessed remarkable patience. Julius took the time to understand my specific requirements and provided tailored recommendations.

Supposedly promised to upgrade and provide discounts because I had 9 lines as a new customer. Instead, they ended up canceling 6 of my lines in the middle of the night without prior notice and no discounts or rebates were applied. This store couldn’t help me in restoring them. I had to switch carriers. They told me several lies to get me to sign-up. Avoid T-Mobile and this store like a plague!

Employees working here are phenomenal. The staff whose name I believe is Julius (navy veteran) was the most helpful and generous person I’ve met through all my encounters with those working in customer service. He made helping me replace my broken phone easy and went above and beyond to make sure I was all set.

The folks working at this T-Mobile give some of the best customer service that one could ask for. I have been there four different times for one thing or the other and each time I came away feeling that I was treated with respect, hospitality and everything was handled perfectly.

Veronica and Nick are the best of this store. They are knowledgeable, kind, and patient towards their customers. There might be a little wait but if these fab employees help you it would be worth your time.

All three don't understand the procedures and said I would have to call customer service and I showed them an email stating I would have to go to the store. Since this merger TMobile is horrible at all points of customer service. At least a TMobile store I called an hour away new the procedure. I cancelled my lines because I saw how TMobile is setting up after the merger and don't want to be apart of it. No more USA customer service.

Just switched to T-Mobile about 2 weeks ago. Horrible customer service. They let you sit there for 30 mins or more while they do paperwork. I've been in several times. I've got lots of issues with the phone and can't get any help!! I will be shopping for a new Carrier. .

If there was a negative star option I would give them that. I just went in the store for the last time. This time is like every other time, half the customers just end up walking out. I sat on the bench for an hour only to have the guy working there let a girl skip me and that took another 20 minutes. T-Mobile service coverage is terrible, but this store is Horrible! I just want to pay this dreadful Samsung watch off so I can leave T-Mobile. If you are forced to go to that store bring lunch and a sleeping bag, your going to be there for a very long time. Don't apologize for my "Experience", I'm tired of hearing that word 15 times a day.

Been with T-MOBILE for two weeks. Have talked to five customer service representative two in the Philippines and still have 1 to no bars for service at my home dropped calls .I was told i would have good coverage but still the same nobody cares.?
