Jordan is my favorite person. She's always so helpful despite me forgetting her name half the time. When I was in a wreck she was so supportive and helpful.

Agents do not follow through on follow ups!! Jordan waited an entire week to tell me she sent an email, I never received, with a deadline from the insurance company!!! Completely incompetent agency.. don’t go here!!!
