Love love love the Ulta Beauty in New Bern!! With the weather getting colder my skin has been breaking out so bad so I went in today and a beauty advisor named Megan helped me search for products that match my skin type. She was so kind and so patient with me and all of my questions! On top of that, the rest of the staff was upbeat and very helpful! Definitely will be returning!

Recently had my hair cut and styled by Amber. She is so sweet and listened to what I wanted and help advise me on what would work with my hair. I highly recommend her!!

I booked a hair and makeup appointment several months in advance and called to confirm and was told everything was good to go. Then today (8 days out from wedding) I received a voicemail telling me that the appointment has been cancelled. Now I have to find someone to do my bridal hair and makeup in the next few days.
Edited to add that the general manager reached out to me to try and make things right, and I appreciate that.

I had a DoorDash order for a lady here in New Bern. I came in the store and the young man that helped me was very helpful and very kind. I found what I needed in two minutes and I was out the door. Great service. Thank you

I went into Ulta Beauty in New Bern, NC and needed help to repair my “Brassy” hair.
Brenda assisted me in choosing the proper ingredients to solve my problem.
After a lengthy discussion with her, I was given expert instructions on how to correct my problem.
Upon arriving at my home, I proceeded to follow Brenda’s instructions and apply the products that she recommended.
Very soon after the application, I was amazed by the “Wonderful Results”. My hair is now 100% better thanks to a combination of Brenda’s expert advice and Ulta’s Beauty products.
She is an employee that “Knows Her Stuff”. She is a “Keeper” and should be afforded a higher position within the Ulta Organization.

Hello! I was recently at the new Bern Ulta and had a haircut and dye with Amber! She was phenomenal and sooo friendly! She made me feel so comfortable and knew exactly what I wanted I will be returning and telling my friends about her! She is exceptional with fine hair!! Not many people can cut fine hair as beautiful! Soooo happy with my services & she recommended the best products!

Traci is amazing. This would be the second time she colored my hair for me. She is so good at her job and very kind. She takes her time and really wants to do an amazing job for her customers. I use to have deep red hair and thought I could never get blonde. She has brought my hair to blonde after two treatments and has done it without killing my hair. She really knows what she is doing and there is no doubt that she really takes pride in her work. I would recommend her 1000x fold to anyone. She went above and beyond to take care of me. The best part was the shampoo and conditioning. It felt so good. ☺️ The best part of the experience was the way she completed my hair and then showed me at the end. I was in complete shock. She is very talented at her job. Thank you Traci for working so hard on my hair. I can see you owning your own salon one day and being very successful. Thank you. Be blessed. ♥️ ♥️ 😀 🤗 😘

Shaila T. is the only reason I go to Ulta. She is incredibly talented at what she does—even taking the time to show me exactly what she was going to do before shaping my eyebrows. Her attention to detail and skill are unmatched.
But what really makes Shaila special is her compassion and kindness. She’s warm, caring, and genuinely wants you to feel your best. She’s so good that my mom and sister-in-law drive two hours just to get their brows done by her!
I’m so grateful for Shaila—not just for her amazing work, but for the way she treats people. If you're thinking about getting your eyebrows done, go see her. You won’t want to go anywhere else
