It still amazes me that I can buy a stamp for less than a dollar and I can send a handwritten message to anyone's mailbox anywhere in the country! And in less than a week!

Ordered a lifting bar which is 7 FEET LONG. They didn't deliver it because they said the mailbox was full. How could a 7 foot bar ever fit in a mailbox? Then I scheduled a redelivery, confirmation number WER209245130. They didn't redeliver it, didn't even try. I was never contacted, emailed, called, or messaged. They just simply didn't deliver it. Obviously someone was too lazy to get out of their car and do their job which is to deliver my package. Government workers are the worst.

Wondering if the carrier has so much mail that he gets here at 6:00 pm. What about people that get checks and need to cash them that same day? Just outta luck I guess I live on Oaks road to.

I sent a package from this location on July 26. Brenda was the lady that took care of me but at the time she was on the phone dealing with something else. My package never arrived, I was in New Bern moving my daughter and lost the tracking number. I was told in Charlotte if I contacted Brenda with the date, time and amount she could locate my tracking number, now I have attempted to contact this location multiple times and finally was assured she would return my call... obviously I never heard from her, my Mother went in for me today and was informed that after 30 days the number could not be located. I’m sure if she had found it important enough to contact me, I still would have had no luck with her. Worst customer service I’ve ever felt with and my friend never received her birthday gift. If I could give her and this post office a negative 10 I would. The most unhelpful person.

Expected a package, not delivered. Said they tried to deliver it. Garage door was open, cars clearly visible and 2 people at home. Ring doorbell shows no one came to the door. Explain this one!
