My dog who was labeled as aggressive at his previous vet, has shown no aggression at any of his visits to Craven Animal Hospital.”

Calling the vet office to notify them never crossed by mind but around 4 days after Molly passed, I got a letter in the mail from the clinic saying how sorry they were for our loss. New Bern is a small town but the fact that they had a staff member who knew what had happened and made sure we got a card meant everything at a time I was struggling very significantly. Dr. Shelton, Kristin and Jill are always helpful and willing to deal with all of my questions.”

“Highly recommend. Great staff and great facility. They have the capability to do a lot of stuff since they're certified AAHA. Rates are definitely competitive and much cheaper than other places we've lived. We will forever be grateful for Dr. Mel and the team who helped us for what turned out to be the last two years with our beloved dog (bone cancer). Great vets are very hard to find and Dr. Mel is wonderful.”
