Walgreens Pharmacy is a very popular store and courteous, experienced and qualified employees who answer customers' questions, needs and concerns. The pharmacy is a long wait inside and a little wait depending on the time of day, but the staff is nice and help. It is a specialty pharmacy for hard prescriptions and a drive thru. The store can be understaffed at time waste of gas for customers who drive long minutes to pick up medicine. Good phone and text communications are available.
Didn't inform me they had no pharmacy tech in store at 5pm. Before I drove 45 minutes to pick up a medicine they had didn't fill so total waste of gas.

20 minutes call wait with 1 caller in front of me. No one ever picked up. And this was 8am in the morning. SMH! They must be understaffed or something 🤔

So understaffed .... they just can not seem to find and kept decent help.... but these days who can. It still impacts a review even if its unavailable... sorry the truth is what it is!
