Signed up for text messages alerts, after waiting for several hours with no text, I called in and they are out of stock for what I needed. They told me “it’s not our responsibility to let us know if they are out of stock”. I guess if they had any brains they would be ACTUAL doctors.

I'm signed up for text messages at this pharmacy yet no message that they are changing their hours. Drive 25 minutes to pick up my child's meds to find out they have changed their hours. I've already been aggravated with them because they are constantly out of stock and you have to wait several days for it.

So many times they are out of stock. Recently I picked up a new script (1 bottle) and I didn’t realize it at the time, but it was suppose to be a 90 supply. I only received a 30 day supply. When I discovered the error I checked thoroughly the location where I store my meds. So I called and spoke to two different individuals, the last being the pharmacist on duty. He insisted that I must have received a 90 day supply because their records showed that is what I received. Now I paid for a 90 supply and am going to have to pay out of pocket for the 60 remaining pills. I am on a fixed income and not trying to cheat anyone. I just want what I rightly paid for. It was not a drug someone would have stolen out of my car or home. It just doesn’t pay to be honest. I will never walk out or drive out of the drive thru again without verifying everything is correct.

Still sitting at drive through window with ZERO service..14 minutes and counting. Buzzer either out of order or they just disconnected.

The wait at the drive-up window is ridiculous! Evidently they allow people with a scrip to sit at the window and wait for it to be filled - late this afternoon the line stretched way around the back of the store. People with scrips should be told to come back later / or wait inside the store.

I feel if I can save one person from the frustration and hassle when dealing with this pharmacy then it's worth it. My main complaint is that 80% of the time they are out of stock for prescribed medicine, then they don't even bother to call and let you know, so you can make other arrangements. Between my grandmother and myself this has happened a dozen times, and on several occasions the medication was needed that day. I'm in process if switching to another pharmacy. Then on top of all that the staff SUCKS!!!! They need some customer service training...people are stressed and sick at times when needing their medicine and that has been overlooked, or flat out they just don't care. I will say that the pharmacist, Amanda, is great. She's helped me on several occasions and is very compassionate, but that really is of no consequence when they don't have your medicine in "STOCK". I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

If it wasn't for the good prices I wouldn't constantly waist my time here every month. There always seems to be some sort of malfunction, I don't know if it's the staff or their operating system. I live 30mins outside of town. So when I drop off a prescription and I'm told it will be ready in 30mins, I give them two hours while I'm running errands and it's still not done? Ridiculous. Bc someone went on their lunch break. Every time I get bad costumer service lately it's blamed on a lunch break. Sitting here in line now waiting with a full cart of groceries, bc people don't want to do their jobs properly. Almost just got run over by a lady using the stores motorized scooter. This just gets better and better!
