I just can't help but come here and tell people how rude and unhelpful the lady postmaster was. Thanks for not allowing me to pick up my packages even though I have a po box. New Hill please get someone in there who wants to help their community not make it harder on people.

Typical federal service experience. When we first moved to a neighborhood with the grouped mailboxes, it was the first time we had to go to the post office to pick up a package. Since they always want me to sign at 1pm on a weekday. On the order I had put my nickname (autofill), as I didn't know I'd have to sign for it. When I showed my ID, proof of address, and even my order receipt, they still refused to give me my package. I had to come in another day when a different person was working, she gave me my package and told me to put my full name next time. See how easy that was?
On another occasion I was mailing a package, When I tried to give them the package, the guy at the counter couldn't seem to help me find the QR code. I asked if it was in my email and he just shrugged, I had to google it to find out how to mail my package. I also paid extra to have it delivered in time... and it arrived a week late... rookie mistake. Extremely unhelpful employees. ALSO, all the packages in my neighborhood are being delivered to the wrong addresses. It's been an ongoing issue for weeks now.

Nice, small, quick, very efficient. Do have mailbox for rent. Do have boxes for shipping.

Extremely nice and helpful workers at this location. They go above and beyond every single time and go out of their way to say hey or "wave" when I drive by. Packages are always on time and get scanned in ASAP, which is helpful when running a small business. They even found me on social media to let me know I missed something on one of my packages. You won't find that kind of service anywhere else around this area. Their help and attention to detail are very much appreciated!!

Not sure how they get away with being closed for 2 hours every day from 11-1. Thats when most people can get away for lunch.

I always feel like I am waking up the staff from a nap. They are very groggy, unhappy, and they act as if I am causing them physical harm by requesting services here.

Cant get a package delivered on time ever... it will sit at the post office for days and sometimes weeks before its delivered! I know they are short handed but theres zero excuses for not delivering on time... or even 1 day late. but multiple days and weeks not ok! get it together!

The "gentleman" behind the counter is a typical federal employee. Nasty attitude and extremely unhelpful. In fact, he was angry when I inquired about a lost letter I mailed from there the previous week. I paid $8.95 for two day service and 2 weeks later, it still did not show up. He shrugged and said, "Sorry?"I mailed a package internationally. It was only the second time I had done that. I am not an expert in the mail system. I had missed two entries on the form. He mumbled through his mask and I did not understand him. He got mad and slapped the form down.Fortunately, I maintained my composure. In this 'woke' time, he obviously feels empowered.I contacted USPS regarding his behavior, but in this day and age, he is the victim.

Great post office! The staff is always helpful and answers questions and will make suggestions to resolve your shipping problem. This is one Post Office you won't mind going to! Little building with BIG friendly smiles and service.

I don’t know which is worse the customers are the staff! I personally do everything I can never to come to this town again!! Customers are full of a lot of hate!! Just said really.
