If I could do zero stars believe me I would. They fail to deliver packages that they can easily leave on the doorstep or mailbox due to a dog that isn’t mine. Then, they leave notes saying they missed us even though they could have just left the package. Not to mention my package was torn apart when I went to pick it up from the post office. Apparently they “don’t know” what happened to my package.

Sorry but got to give 2 stars. When doing a mail hold, its never started back as it should. My bigest complaint is I never know whos mailbox my mail will end up at. Also others mail end up in my box. Clean house and start over !

Don't waste your time. Typical mountain post office. No one answers the phone. They send your packages back even when you have a valid address. Not helpful. Stick to FedEx and UPS since they are reliable.

No real number to reach the building, just automated service. Almost impossible to talk to a person with no option for it. You just have to yell “agent!” A thousand times till the computer finally

Package small enough to fit in my mailbox was held for pickup after going out for delivery with no explanation. Couldn't get a "redelivery' scheduled. I have four kids and having to drive 25 minutes and then drag them all in to pick up a small package because someone didn't want to do their job is ridiculous. Forever dealing with things like this

The Post Mistress in newland North Carolina claims she doesn't know who I am or where I am even though she has my exact address and it's correct 100%. I've even called the postmaster general's office in Washington DC and they were going to take care of it the next day but they still haven't taken care of it That was been about 10 years ago. I had One mailbox blown up in two mailboxes stolen and nobody seems to be able to do anything about that either. Once you plant a mailbox it becomes federal property.

USPS is awful. The phone # sends you to a automated voice service that asks for tracking numbers and letters that may not have from the distributor. Then hangs up and will NOT connect you to a person to explain.My advice don’t order anything that comes through USPS. Only private mailing companies, FedEx or UPS, they hold employees accountable unlike any government funded business.

My packages go to my neighbors house about 99 percent of the time!

Constant issues with packages not being delivered or being delayed after arriving at the post office. Never had this issue anywhere else and their attitude is always “well get to it when we get to it” when asking a question.
