Unorganized. Still haven’t brought the covers to the couch that they said would be here in a week… it’s been over a month. I’ve asked multiple times for them to pick up the item. They knock on my door everyday today they came at 8:20pm woke my children up. When they call I ask for pick up, one had scheduled a pick up. Other refuses to pick it up. Very Unorganized and unprofessional to come at 8:20pm!! Dude could have atleast brought the covers 😂 they want the most recent payment but refuse to get the item or bring the covers to the couch…… make it make sense. To the point it’s gonna be on the curb and they can figure it out😂

Let’s just say I’m not here to bash Aaron’s of Newport because they are great but for some reason literally up until the past 2 months, they’ve completely acted as if they don’t have a care in the world. I leased my washer and dryer set with them of April 2022 and just recently paid it off. Never missed a payment, never had a late payment. Unfortunately, when I had just 2 payments left on my set, my washer started making a squeaking sound. They came out to service it but when they arrived and the two gentlemen took a look at it…of course it didn’t make the squeaking sound so they did nothing and left. Fast forward to about 2 weeks later, I contacted them again asking if someone can please come look at it as it is making the sound everytime I try to use it. They sent two more people out here and it made the sound I said it was but since my lease was out of contract, they said they would contact their manager and see what they can do. I have not heard nothing from them since then. Now that it is paid off I am left with a squeaky washer machine that they won’t fix. Had they just took it the first time to see what was wrong with it REGARDLESS of if it made a sound when they arrived or not, I wouldn’t be this frustrated.

I have always rented from Aaron’s with no issues…. Everything is literally brand new…. Love Tina! She is always helping and going above and beyond!

i ordered my living room set and recliner over the phone and I have been paying my living room set and recliner over the phone since the day i purchased it . fast forward to now my final payment of $57.00 for the living room set and the pay out for my recliner they will not take payment over the phone they said i need to come into the store which is not possible without taking time off of work Michael who is supposedly the GM there is the rudist most obnoxious person i ever had to deal with. If you are looking to rent to own RENT A CENTER is a much better place to deal with

I am 100 % satisfied with Aaron's in Newport, NC, I went online and picked out what I wanted to find out I wasn't approved for that much. But the manager called me up on the next business day and left a message for me on my voice mail to call her back and she would see what she could do, I was a little hesitant because I didn't want to hear bad news. So I called her back and I told her what I wanted and she said let me reach out to my district manager and see if he can approve my order, and I said OK and waited for a call back which I was saying yeah I have no chance at getting approved but I was wrong and I got both items I wanted with next day delivery and I've been loving my flat screen tv and ps5 gaming system and I will definitely deal with the Newport nc store every time I need to purchase something new. Great management and great employees which gives the best customer service you could ever ask for.

After going through a nightmare with other furniture rental stores in the past, I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service and compassion shown by this store.When my mother fell ill, I desperately needed a refrigerator but had no money at the time. Aaron's rentals came to my rescue, providing the fridge I needed and understanding my difficult situation. Tragically, my mother passed away, and during that tough time, they showed even more compassion. They not only removed the refrigerator for me but allowed me to keep the credit for every dollar I had paid on it.Recently, I moved to a different city and found myself in need of another refrigerator. Without hesitation, I reached out to the Newport store, and to my surprise, Tina, Jonathan, and Manager Mike still remembered the challenging period when my mother passed away. Their care and attention to customers truly set them apart.Although the model I had before was no longer available, they worked tirelessly to find a suitable refrigerator for my current living situation in an efficiency apartment. Nobody knows they have a wonderful policy. I couldn't pay for my item so I called. They picked it up and told me my payments made will always be there if I decided to get it back, who else does that y'all? Really tho.

Disappointing Scamming Establishment...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY OR COMPANY AT ALL!They call you all the time for the littlest thing.. but not to remind you if your save as cash agreement is ending... They don't care if your on disability.. or any kind of fixed income... make sure your time line and theirs is in agreement..Plz make sure you mark your dates for the same as cash marketing deal.. they will over charge you up to and probably over depending on the item and additional 1000$ if you wait 2min past its end date... even if you have 2 payments left.... They harass and have no compassion for your situation... please read over your lease agreement and highlight important dates and cost keep it posted where you can see it bc they WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE... and THEY WILL I SET CHARGE YOU!
