“We live in Raleigh but come to beach monthly. In Jan stopped because I was having issues switching phones. At the time they were clearly having some staffing issues but I was desperate and waited and Tre did NOT disappoint!!! He was friendly and was helping 2 of us with the same issue at the same time. He was pleasant, patient (I have old people problems when it comes to technology so this is important), and knowledgeable! I've had this TMobile notification popping up for 3 days all day that I couldn't get to stop and he helped me in 2.2 seconds and even remembered us 2 months later so we both made lasting impressions!!! The 3 stores I have dealt with in Raleigh have never been this helpful and honestly always seems like Im a burden. Yeah for Tre!!!”

“I love this place. I never catch the girl's name who works there. You can't miss her though she is super Prego and is just happy and helpful. She knows her stuff so pay attention if you're out of the electronic loop. Heck, even if you are not out of the loop you still might learn something you didn't know.
