“I met with Anita this morning to get my phone set up after switching over from AT&T. She was attentive, professional, and clearly communicated every step of the way. I am so glad that I was able to work with Anita on this today, as it was not a simple task. Thank you for all of your help!”

“5 Stars
I cannot say enough good things about the service we received from Jay at the Geek Squad Morehead City Best Buy! We had a complex technical setup with an iPhone and a medical tracking app that turned out to be a huge hurdle. Jay went above and beyond in every way possible. He was so patient, exceptionally kind, and completely determined to make sure everything was fully configured and working before we left. He took his time, navigated every obstacle, and made the whole experience stress-free for our family. Management has
an absolute gem on their team—thank you!!”

“I like to say for AI and automated answering things for businesses as in Best buy I was very skeptical and aggravated as well but I had my nurse take me to Best buy today try to make an appointment that would have been between $100 and $150 to wipe my laptop clean because my dumbass got a virus on it, this man named Jeff in The geek squad line when I open my laptop to show the other cashier what was going on this gentleman jumped in within 2 minutes wiped my laptop clean and Free where I am able to use it freely God bless you Mr Jeff you wouldn't accept anything off my bank account I respect to even more for that very intelligent everybody I recommend Jeff at The geek squad in Morehead City Best buy North Carolina he's the man :-)”
