Food Lion in Carteret County offers a clean shopping environment with easy parking and handicap parking. Staff are friendly and helpful, often greeting shoppers with a smile. The checkout area can experience long lines, and some staff members stand around talking instead of helping open registers. The self checkout can also be slow, but the manager on duty is professional and understanding. Customers appreciate the good prices on meat and the ability to cut what you want. The store also offers restrooms and keeps the parking lot clean. On special occasions, staff hand out carnations for Mother’s Day at checkout, adding a sweet touch. Overall, shoppers praise the friendly staff and clean store, though they note occasional delays at checkout.
Every time we go to the beach, we have to stop here because they have the cleanest bathrooms ever.🫧🧻🫧 I didn’t realize that the Foodlion lion at home and do the job as good. Definitely will return.
