This has to be the worst Post Office ever the packages come whenever they feel like coming. I paid for medical supplies to be here on a Friday. They didn’t come till Monday. The Post lady drives up and down the street all day not delivering any mail. She’s constantly leaving the packages at different houses and we wind up delivering our own mailI tried to call on the phone. Nobody answers. I went to the post office and the postmaster is not there and another thing I noticed they really need to cut those trees in front of the building because you can’t even tell that’s the post office.

They won’t redeliver the packages, leave a note for you to pick it up and you’re met with Kelly who will hold your package hostage, waste of my time. I had to re order everything

The carriers are irresponsible! They don’t or can’t read. When a package states do not crease it should not be bent to put in a small box. Rather the carrier could have and should have put a slip in the box to pick up the package at the PO. I paid over $100.00 for pictures that are now bent/damaged due to lack of respect.

i would honestly give zero stars if i could, there has been multiple cases where my package was placed in someone else’s mailbox, which i didn’t know that reading the address that was given to you was so hard to locate. they don’t follow delivery instructions, ever since i’ve had problems with them “misplacing” my packages i told them to bring it to my front door, and let me tell you that they can’t follow simple instructions either, if i could choose a different delivery service i would. don’t rely on them for help because they aren’t good for it.

We pay for delivery and Amazon contracts with the USPS. The post office in Newport, NC does not deliver our packages. Sometimes, we find our mail on the ground. We have lost several expensive items. We share the information with Amazon prime and they take no action to correct the issues.

Horrible service, lazy and inconsiderate. Save the trip and if you can go somewhere else. Terrible. For the sake of your mental health, go to another office.
