UPDATE:
Months later. Still locked out and code does not work. Still can't get in to the storage. Zero callbacks. Multiple messages left. Horrific. I needed my garden tools, but had to buy new. I pay every month, but can't get in.
ONE YEAR AGO:
Does not answer phone during business hours. Locked out, code doesn't work, zero call-backs. I'm a retired electrical design engineer. If you need a reliable employee for your storage business, I know one. So damn frustrated.

Don’t store your belongings here. I was a customer who paid on time for almost 4 years, their roof leaked and it damaged our stuff. They avoided our calls, emails. I finally got ahold of Shelia in the Kings Mountain office and she was completely uncooperative ,defensive and extremely rude. $3,000 paid in storage fees and they pretty much told me don’t call them again it’s not their problem, I signed a contract. No compassion for our damaged belongings. There’s pictures of water damage in my unit
