Picked up a replacement battery for my 2020 XT5. Attempted to replace by myself, but Cadillac has whole fuse block mounted on positive terminal. Grrrrrr!! It’s a two man job for sure. Employee Kevin was great help. Thanks!

I recently had a check engine light come on and wanted some idea what it might be. Plus I needed coolant. He used scanner to look for codes and printed off a sheet of the findings. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Probably had one of the best AutoZone experiences I’ve ever had. I was coming late from work had picked up my kids. I called in asked if he could do everything over the phone since both my kids had fallen asleep. Chris/ Christian was very helpful and understanding with me not being able to leave my car and took my things to the car. Since I was unable too. Amazing experience thanks Chris

Called to get a mechanic recommendation, the person on the phone doesn’t say anything and just hangs up. Then I call back and it’s the same person and they hang up the phone. If you don’t like the job don’t apply or find a new job.
