“Centrally located and usually pretty clean. Vacuums could use a bit more suction power and the air pump needs the nozzle replaced completely for filling tires. Spent 2$ just for it to let air out of my tires. The nozzle is bent or doesn't attach securely to the valve inlet so it just pushed air out everywhere while also draining the air from your tire. Carwashes work well and perform as they should. Will be back”
“Our Experience with Mountain Mitsubishi:
My husband and I recently purchased an *used* Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Mountain Mitsubishi, and this was our first experience doing business with the dealership.
Right after our purchase, we experienced an issue with the vehicle. What really stood out to us was how the owners handled the situation. They took care of us, paid for the diagnostics, and even paid to have the issue with the radio fixed. They didn’t have to go above and beyond, but they chose to make sure we were taken care of on a used car!
Through our business, my husband and I deal with a lot of dealerships. We’ve experienced both dealerships that truly take care of their customers and those that don’t. Mountain Mitsubishi definitely showed us that customer service matters to them.
We had heard mixed reviews before doing business with them, but our experience is a perfect reminder that you can’t judge a book by its cover, that you can’t believe everything you hear, and you can’t please everyone. What matters is how a business treats you when something unexpected happens—and Mountain Mitsubishi treated us right.
We will definitely be doing business with Mountain Mitsubishi again in the future. We highly recommend them! Thank you to the owners for standing behind our purchase and taking care of us.”

“I can’t say enough about the staff and management at this carwash. I choose this carwash because it has an undercarriage wash!! It cleaned great and the vacuum cleaner really is very powerful. When I got ready to leave I couldn’t find my keys. The manager and staff helped me search tirelessly. I had already checked the trash can I used. When the manager looked too it already had a clean trash bag. I had an appointment in Morganton so my boyfriend brought me my extra key fob and when I left my display read key fob left behind. When I got out of my appointment I called back to the car wash and the manager had found my keys. She looked back on the video camera and sure enough I had thrown them in the trash and when it got changed it went into the dumpster.i will always be grateful for Kat the manager going above and beyond in customer service for helping me search and finally retrieving my key fob, house, and business keys! I drove back to hickory with a relief and in a very clean car too! You can’t find customer service like this anymore or a clean vehicle! Again, thank you so much, Kat!!”
