Packages were supposed to come Saturday. Got delayed "due to weather". Supposed to come Monday, never showed, supposed to come today, never showed. Mind you my dogs medication he NEEDS daily is one of the packages. Today they marked invalid address which is bs because address was correct on both orders and they've been to our house numerous times.
After several calls to FedEx and not getting the call back we were promised our our things delivered today as we were promised they tell us our items NEVER MADE IT ON THE TRUCK. So all the delivery notications we were getting about being delivered those days by a certain time were bs.
Now being told should arrive tomorrow. Ridiculous at every point and my dog is suffering for it.

Absolutely horrendous. It’s Tuesday at 7:00 pm still waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered last Friday. Also waiting on another package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. When you call they say it’s on the truck to be delivered yet it never shows. They have no customer service. Oh they have a customer excuses department, but no mechanism or accountability to actually fix your problem.

Literally the worst delivery provider to anyone in Boone, NC. Fedex delivered one day then said couldn't deliver the next due to weather when there wasn't any new weather... How can you deliver one day but then not deliver the next when there wasn't new weather keeping from delivering. How about honesty instead of excuses. It's bad when USPS and UPS can deliver but Fedex can't

FedEx tends to lose beef your packages and then say package pending when you're waiting on material that you actually need I recommend to ship by horse rather than fedex!

Fedex is the sorriest delivery people there is! I had medical supplies put down two feet beside the main highway in front of my house in the pouring rain!! Never even came in my driveway to deliver it to my house!!

Products weren't delivered two days when they were supposed to be. There was no evidence that they had even tried to deliver the products (no attempted delivery tags or anything). All I could get from 1800gofedex was a recording until I said, "Driver complaint." Then I got a person who kept lying to me about my items and not being able to contact the driver or the delivery terminal. I had to ask for a supervisor before I got any assistance at all... It's sad that I had to ask for a supervisor to get my products delivered, and then they sent a brand new delivery driver who was on his first day off of training.....
