I really need a package that was due to be delivered Monday. We had a little snow and the driver took it back to Newton. It was out for delivery all day Tuesday and was taken back. Now there has been no activity in two more days. I NEED MT PACKAGE!

My package has been shipped by ground and four days now cannot get full information from FedEx. Package has still not been delivered. Gravely disappointed. Go with UPS.

Incompetent delivery drivers. Package said it was delivered. Yeah to the wrong dang house and I can't find it anywhere. Dog food of all things we really needed. Never want fedex to be delivering my packages again.

Horrible experience! I really hate FedEx for what they did 3 days in a roll and my packages were never delivered to me. I do not recommend this delivery carrier. UPS and USPS are much better. I never had issues getting my packages delivered.

Told 2 drivers from this company Not DRIVE up the driveway because of low hanging limbs. Now mind you we have a sign that says no trucks and a red ribbon hanging from a limb and they are still driving up the driveway. . Hire people who have common scents and who can read .

Worst delivery service out there. Delivered my package to the wrong house which caused me not to be able to get a refund from the vendor. Drivers are incompetent and lazy.

The reviews trashing this place are accurate and one star is generous. I have never dealt with a more incompetent group in my life. They say my package is out for delivery--tracking shows it never left Newton--then they post a picture of my package at an entirely different location--then they say package couldn't be delivered because no one was home--then it says incorrect address--which their equally bad overseas customer service confirmed the address was correct. So which one is it? Incorrect address or nobody was home? And you're for sure not at the right location based on the pic they shared. It was like pulling teeth trying to get the guy from customer service to understand the issue. Somebody needs to come in to Newton and clean house at this circus. They've yet to impress me, and apparently by looking at the reviews, they aint impressed anyone lately.

If it was possible to give a negative star rating, I would. I took an entire day off from work due to a signature requirement and shipper resrtictions would not allow it to be picked up at their location or anywhere else. The driver did not knock or leave a door tag. They snapped a picture and left. FEDX customer service was nonexsistant. They would do nothing to help. Not to mention their service is outsourced and so neither one of us could fully understand the other. A lot of repeating myself had to happen. Highly suggest you use any other service other than FEDX.

FedEx keeps telling me they can’t give my package and rescheduled the delivery without communicating to me or the sender and it shows me in the app it’s at the Newton, NC location. All I want them to do is hold the package so I can come get it and be done with them but I’m told no that can’t be done

Making this 3 stars instead of one Jared gave me a call on a Sunday to discuss everything and made sure that I would get my package on Monday. Sure enough when I got home the package had arrived as it was intended. Thank you Jared!!

So the solution to fixing an employee that is stealing packages is not to make sure the package gets to the customer but it is to wait 1-3 business days for a claim or see if you can get ahold of the correct department who only works Monday-Friday, Supervisors refused to have the call transferred from cust rep to them because “its not their job”. This is why there are so many people that cannot stand FedEx…. What kind of customer service is this?? I have showed the video of your delivery driver scanning my package and then leaving without pulling it out of his truck, aka STEALING… no fix, no care to have it delivered later that day, no care about anything other than “its not my department” excuse… DO BETTER BE BETTER!!!

My package got put on the wrong truck. Driver told me it could be picked up at 5:30pm. Huge inconvenience but I said “ok”. Get here at 5:30 and no one is answering the gate button. Terrible customer service. I will avoid FedEx at all cost. And any employees that walked out were no help at all because they are contractors with a different company

They literally just tried to steal my package today. My tracking number 390514456618 showed my package which is a 36” blackstone grill was scanned and showed on the truck out for delivery. All of a sudden the FedEx truck from Newton, NC showed up and he said that it was not it was not on the truck. He wouldn’t give me any supervisor contact information was very shady. I believe he was going to say it was delivered and someone stole it. I contacted FedEx and still no response and still no package.

Had a set of live invertebrates shipped through FedEx on a Priority Overnight service and the shipment has been floating around somewhere in Newton for 3 days now. Im sure all of the live invertebrates has died by now. Terrible customer service. It just go to an automated telemarketer that doesn't give any useful information. When I was able to talk to an operator, the lady said that my name and mailing address was not on the shipment info which does not make sense because why would a shipper send a package without name and address(my shipper did include all of my info). It was just bs and terrible customer service. No way of contacting or running an investigation on the order.

Don't work for Mountaineer logistics my neighbor seen the truck destroying my mailbox. They drove away I reported to corporate office.
