I have a 2013 VW Passatt, that kept sputtering, skipping and all kinds of alarming things. I took it to Classic VW in Gastonia where they advised I needed a Timing Chain, Cam Seal replaced, etc. In distress I did my research to determine the most cost effective approach. I took a chance with Guy Robert's and Boy was I Grateful.!!!Not only did he fix my car well in 2 days I was on the road again! With a 1 year warranty. Guy Robert's is the BEST!! And Reasonably priced unlike the $7000 bill I would have gotten from the dealership.

Guy is THE guy. I would drive hours out of my way to have this shop service my VW. One of the most honest and polite mechanics I have ever met. He will give it to you straight and get you back on the road faster than you can blink. Guy Roberts has been my mechanic since 1995. He is the most honest, competent and conscientious mechanic I have ever known. He can repair anything, quickly and for a very fair price. If you are looking for a Volkswagen mechanic in the Catawba County area, I highly recommend going to Guy first.

As you can see, Guy is the man!!! Took my car in for a timing belt and Dual Mass flywheel replacement. One day job for him which is incredible for the work that needed to be completed. Anytime I think of VW repair now, I think of Guy Roberts!
