“I drove to TSC in Lincolnton the previous day because Newton didn’t have a product in stock. When I started work the next day I realized it was the wrong product. So I returned them to the store in TSC in Newton. There were 2 ladies that help me. They turned my frustrated bad experience to a great one. I had to order my supplies and had to expect it in a couple of days. Well the supplies came the same day and I was able to finish my project. Thanks to the 2 ladies that helped. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!”

“Drove 70 miles away to purchase a riding lawn mower, your AI said I could call ahead, purchase it over the phone with my HD CC, the very rude lady said no you can't,. I will pay off the CC and close the account, they won't miss me.”

“My daughter had a complicated return at Lowe’s that started out as a frustrating experience until , Jason, the Assistant Manager, went above and beyond to help us. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. What impressed me most was that Jason didn’t simply give me a quick “no” or pass the issue along. He took the time to understand the situation, worked through the details, and did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. His willingness to help and his exceptional customer service truly stood out. Employees like Jason are a huge asset to Lowe’s.”

“I went to the Lowes on 127 in Hickory and a man named Bobby assisted me there. He was a bug help. Please recognize this person. He's the the best worker I've ever encountered there.”
