I won't be back. I recommend you don't either. I brought my wife's van here to have the sliding door fixed because it was stuck closed. The first time it got taken apart the wrong part was ordered (no big deal. I get it it happens). So we waited a week or so for the next part to arrive and had to deal with a window that was left inoperative and partially rolled down, so I had to tape it up so rain water wouldn't get in. Now we brought it back this week and the problem is "fixed". The lock actuator was replaced so I guess they did what I asked, but now the door only works occasionally and sometimes it slams shut which is a huge safety hazard. I went in and confronted them about it and they basically told me that if I wanted it fixed they had to replace a bunch of different parts inside the door and it was going to be very expensive. I can tell they didn't want to do it. I don't know how they stay in business. I asked to have the freon checked as well and was told they didn't have time to do it. What a joke of a place. You guys need to learn how to treat customers or you won't have any. Now I am stuck with a safety hazard of a door I have to go pay somebody else to fix properly. So I appreciate that! Hopefully my review keeps some people away.

The staff at Newsome tire have taken care of me for close to 25 years, And then I moved 5 years ago and had to get another mechanic. I mourned that more than my doctor and dentist! Lol
Well, I have a 12-year-old car, and it was making a horrible vibrating/rattling noise for about 2 years. Went to 3 other mechanics in my local area, And none of them could figure out what it was. Over $1,000 later... And because I have such faith in the newsome guys, I decided to take a day off of work and leave it with them. And sure enough, they discovered the reason for it. So silence is bliss in my car now! And they didn't even charge me a cent! And they had my car all day. Tommy and the staff are fabulous!

i got a grrrrreat tire deal here 5K ago & its really NICE having a crew like this just a 10 minute walk to/from home

Mechanic Tommy told me that he fixed my car and had replaced my serpentine belt, yet when I picked up my car the serpentine belt had not been replaced. I took my car back the next, and now I’m going to be charged again for something I was told was fixed. When I confronted Tommy about the situation he couldn’t recall the conversation, I told him that I didn’t appreciate him lying to me, and that it was unprofessional. I asked what they were going to do about and they said I had to pay. So I continued to ask why I had to pay for something I was told was fixed, and now they want me to come down there and talk to them “like a man”. A shame they can’t man up to their mistake but they want me to talk to them “like a man”. Completely unprofessional and childlike. I feel sorry for the patrons they have fooled time and time again. They have probably falsely charged patrons before and now they’re caught with me and can’t own up to it. I’m so sorry to everyone who ever had work done here.

I took my wife's car for an alternator replacement. I was not thrilled with the price but said go ahead. We received the car back after a week and on the first trip, it was pouring antifreeze all over the ground and everything under the hood. I took it back, they called and said it was fix. Picked it up and the A/C did not work. I looked under the car and the lines were hanging loose. I took it back for the third time, they called and said that those were that way when I brought it in. They said they would fix it if I paid. The A/C was working fine before. I will never take any vehicle back here. Very poor service and customer service.

I brought my truck here for a alignment and received a terrible alignment vehicle pulled left bad.I brought truck back and they re aligned it but still way out of spec and pulled they said it was the best they could do.I then found a different alignment shop and it took a alignment perfectly.I reached out to them for a refund before writing this and got no response.Also beware the lady and older gray hair man that work here behind counter are very rude and unprofessional do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for repairs.

I will NEVER recommend anyone to go here. The older man w/gray hair was absolutely RUDE!!!! This man lies & has No respect. Ladies especially go the other way don’t get ripped off.

Took some used tires to replace the current ones in my car. They did the job however I noticed a vibration at 60 mph afterwards. I took it to another shop and they confirmed that the tires were not balanced.

Just had four new Michelin tires put on our 2022 GMC Canyon. The tires we replaced were for off road. Jimmy Gave us a great deal and fast service as usual he even offered to sell our old tires because we had only 9500 miles on them. The ride from our old tires to the new tires are wonderful. Thank you Jimmy for your great service and helping to make the right decision that will be a quitter ride in our truck.
