I forgot why I stopped coming to this location until tonight, when I stopped for food on the way home from work. Went inside, there was a small group (like 3 people) ordering at one of the 3 kiosks. No one else standing around waiting for food or standing near the kiosks. I walk up and decide that I want the chicken strip platter, which comes with fryz and a choice for the other side, along with some Mac and cheese bites. I selected biscuit for the other side, didn’t add anything on it, just a biscuit (this is important in a moment). After I finished the order and paid at the self checkout, I went to stand near the pickup area. There were two other people in the area, one of the group of 3 and a woman that came in and ordered while I was at the kiosk. According to the receipt, I put my order in at 9:11pm. I did not get my food until 9:29pm. I have ordered this exact same combination from other locations AT BUSIER TIMES OF DAY multiple times and had to wait maybe 10 minutes; I’ve never had to wait almost 20 minutes for any food at any other Sheetz locations.Fast forward to getting home with my food; the chicken strips were drier than any strips I’ve ever had from anywhere. And to top it off, my PLAIN side biscuit was cut in half, so I opened it to look at it and there was mayonnaise on it. As said earlier, I did not select anything to be added to the biscuit, but there it was. I’ve never been a fan of mayo, but if I wanted it on my SIDE biscuit, I would’ve selected that. Now I did hear “I guess mayo” from behind the counter but of course I’m not going to assume that was my order at the time, but I guess it was. I guess we’re just assuming what people want now.But wait there’s more! When I was waiting to pick up my food, I was just minding my own business, pacing around a little, checking my phone and such, right. Tell me why almost every time I looked up, one of the members behind the counter would be giving me an odd stare? Tall white dude with glasses, he had some sort of red thing on the top of his name tag, don’t know if that meant he was the supervisor or what, but he kept looking at me weird. Could be the way I look, as I have dyed hair, piercings, and tattoos. Maybe it’s the fact that I don’t specifically look like a man or a woman. Whatever reason you had for staring at me with that look on your face, I don’t care. Maybe you shouldn’t be working in the public if you’re gonna be judging like that.I should have just gone somewhere else because this experience was not what I was expecting at all, compared to what I normally experience at the McDonald parkway location.

Every time I try to go to Sheetz the stock is near empty on the drinks. They advertise prices only good with a Sheetz card, but will not supply Sheetz card to use… how about just charging a price for the drinks? Really wish we had a quick trip here. They don’t play this game. I left with nothing. Not falling for deceptive sales.

I stopped in this morning before work to grab my daily redbull. I was exhausted and didn't feel like people-ing but while being checked out my Brittany L (not sure of how she spells her name) my whole attitude changed. She was smiling, kind, and so polite!!! She certainly added some sunshine and positivity to my day!!! Thank you, Sunshine Brittany!

This is always a hit or miss. You order on a screen but if you get home and the order is wrong it's on you so check your food. Doughnuts are always good, drink station is usually a mess, bathrooms are always disgusting but they do let you use EBT for a quick drink or snack

I’ll stopped here around 11:20 AM on a Sunday morning to get gas in for my son to the bathroom. They have a 24/7 restaurant with a drive thru and a car wash. They have self-check out machines. My friend got food by ordering on the kiosk. The car wash has 3 options ($9, $12, and $15). I wish it explained what each included at the pump. I walked over to the car wash first to see what each option entailed. I needed up getting the highest option because my rental was extremely dirty. I bought the car wash at the pump right before pumping gas.Gas was $2.99 a gallon and got about 17 gallons. The receipt had a code on it for me to get the car wash. The car wash was very loud when it came to the instructions, telling you to pull forward, stop, and to put car in park. It announces each step that’s going on before it occurs, which I thought was pretty cool. The car wash was completely touch-less. I inspected the vehicle afterwards. While it was cleaner than before, there were areas that were still dirty which shows up clearly on a white vehicle.

My last two experiences there were pretty short. One time I had to use the restroom and another time I wanted a soft drink. Both times I found the place to be a clean, pleasant, and relatively quiet atmosphere, at least when I was there both times. If I had been staying longer, I'm sure I would have enjoyed it more. In the past when I have gone, I have really enjoyed the food. I will have to make it a point to try to get over here more often, especially since I have not had an actual meal there in a while.

The sheetz itself is good but PLEASE SOMEBODY GREASE THE DOOR. Both front doors make the most horrible screech every time you open them and have for months which is not a good first impression of the store. It’s horrific. Sounds like a screaming dying animal

We visited the Sheetz in Conover NC on 10/1 approx 715pm. The location is on fairgrove church road. When traveling, we regularly try to stop at Sheetz because of the cleanliness and safety of the locations. This location DID NOT live up to the regular Sheetz standard. It was the most disgusting Sheetz I’ve ever been in. The bathroom walls and stalls were covered in graffiti. The floors inside were sticky with soda. It looked like all the drink machines exploded at once. I literally had to pull my feet up to walk after standing in one place long enough to pay. The counters were covered in soda, red (what I’m hoping was) icee, and coffee. There were no cups stocked, and I had to search for an employee. The cup holders were full of pieces of cup that had broken off. None of the food machines were working (not that I would have wanted food since this store was so nasty.) Outside, the pumps all had overflowing trash cans and litter all over the ground. I am utterly disappointed in Sheetz, and I will not stop at this location again.
