I have had my car serviced here for 12 years. Took my car in for service recently, bad experience. I noticed something hanging from bottom of my car. My dust cover had come off. Found out 4 bolts were gone, clip was gone, this caused dust cover to rip off. I know company changed hands, I was skeptical at first, but went anyway. I regret going. Now, I have to order a dust cover to replace this one, because the bolts and dust cover were not put on properly. Bad experience. Lost my buisness after 12 years.

I had a bit of an emergency along I-85 and heard loud weird noises in my car. I thought of stopping at roadside and called for roadside assistance. Long story short, it is expensive and I said I’ll look for other options. Then I searched for the nearest auto repair and saw this shop and risked driving to their shop while I dont know what’s wrong with my car. I came in and told them I have a bit of an emergency. They let me in without any reservations. They fixed what was wrong with my car and did not collect payment since the repair was seemingly minimal. I am extremely grayeful and I higly appreciated their genuine goodness and help during those times I was unsure and anxious about what’s happening with my car. More power and blessings to them!

Brought my daughter’s car in for an oil change. Was told it still had 1700 mores miles before it was due. Any other shop would have changed the oil. Great honest place to bring your car.

They are all very knowledgeable and very helpful. Their prices are reasonable as well. My roommate told me about them and I have now gone to them when I need assistance

I would strongly recommend their services. They have the best prices and best services I’ve experienced. I was treated with respect and my vehicle was taken well care of. I had my rear brakes/rotors and an oil change. They got me in and out within a reasonable amount of time and everyone who works at the shop was very professional. I will be returning to have all of my services completed here.

Nice people. They get you in and out in no time. Just go in tell them what you need and if they are not too busy,they will go ahead and get your car. It seems as if they automatically check your brake fluid,wiper fluid,etc.

My go to place for oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. And it doesn't hurt that it's only a ten minute drive from home. Bravo Mr. Aycock and staff, bravo!
