“Typical Family Dollar in which the management team member is usually the only one working. No other associate could be seen. There is not really a line and the gentleman can do some stocking between customers. He give a greeting to all customers and helps them with a smile. He gives me the impression he likes working here. When asked, he couldn't tell me anything negative about the job. In my opinion he is in his own way making America great again.”
“Dollar General pretty much sells anything u need. Sometimes I think they over stuff this small store. It's hard to keep it organized & hard to find what u need. Now that they carry fresh vegetables, it's just amazing!”

“I recently visited the Dollar General in Middleburg, North Carolina, and had a positive experience with a brown-skinned girl with dreadlocks. She was an excellent communicator and very helpful with customers. Unfortunately, the young man working with her seemed less knowledgeable and didn’t offer much assistance. It was clear she was handling the bulk of the workload. I’ve been to this store multiple times and consistently notice the same three employees providing great service: the brown-skinned girl with dreadlocks, the brown-skinned guy with dreadlocks, and a light-skinned girl. They’re always helpful and efficient. It would be beneficial for the store to ensure consistent staffing with these skilled employees.”
