CVS has a wonderful, hard-working crew. Employees are friendly, kind, and helpful, often going above and beyond to assist customers. They provide helpful service with tasks like printing photos from a phone, UPS returns, and passport or visa photos. The crew does their best even on low staff days. Customers express gratitude for the great employees and the helpful assistance received.
I prefer this location between the 2 available in Wilkes. All of the staff has always been nice and helpful. The drive thru is also a plus vrs the other location.
