It is both a regular grocery and a bait shop with the best selection close to the lake, offering every kind of bait, snacks, beer, and gas. The folks that work here treat you like family. You can get all your fishing supplies, groceries, and even pick n mix candy or Dippin' Dots in one visit.

I go to this store almost daily and sometimes multiple times a day. The folks that work here treat you like family and ask you about your day! They are truly a wonderful group. The store always has what I need. It a wonderful small town store!

They have every kind of bait u could want. Minnows, bass minnows, eels, crickets and a huge selection of jigs and rods. Best selection close to the lake. Also half of it is just ur regular grocery so that’s cool u can grab ur snacks and fishing supplies. Also they got pick n mix candy and dippin dots

I've been visiting this place since I was a small child in the '80s. It hasn't changed much, which is a good thing. Except the gas prices, which was $0.94 when I got my license, but that's an issue unrelated to Chip's.Bait, beer, snacks, gas. Get it here.
