I would give zero stars if I could because that’s how much service I received. They cancelled my appointment a week before I was arriving in town for a wedding from out of state. This would have merely been an inconvenience if they would’ve provided an alternative stylist or any recommendations for somewhere else in town. Instead my plea for help fell on deaf ears.

Been 2x now and all in all, its a neat place but nothing that I think blows it out of the water. All food was just okay (burger, oysters, salads, pasta, fried chicken sandwich, s'mores dessert even!) and the drinks are good but pricey. The best drink I had was the $18 Vieux Carre but its $18. All of the standard drinks are just okay. I am torn on this one...also you have to pay for membership :(

Wow oh wow! I'm going to have to admit that i'm going to be completely bias in this review given my affinity for whisky and bourbon. You've been warned lol. Stopped by for an early dinner with the Mrs. just before 6pm which felt like the perfect timing. Seems like the crowd starts to flood in around 6:30/7 on Saturdays. After walking in I was pretty much fixated on the library style wall of spirits behind the bar. So many unique bottles that you absolutely won't find anywhere else in Charlotte. If you're into fine spirits, definitely sit at the bar and enjoy the show of the bartenders working their magic. Drinks: - I had a Burbon Bramble (Sweet, refreshing, well balanced) and an Old Fashioned ( Perfectly balanced, just the right amount of punch, ask for Cherries!) I finished the night with a pour of their Kentucky Owl 10yr (Smooth, hints of butterscotch and caramel, not as bitter and some other rye's of its caliber) Food: First we started off with the mussels.... really can't put into words how much flavor they were able to pack into the broth! Chorizo is becoming the new bacon for us, we want it on everything now! (Pro Tip: Ask for more bread so you can enjoy all of the broth!) For our main course, the mrs. order the crab cakes from the specials menu and raved about how good they were. I had their burger (add bacon of course) . I asked for the burger medium rare and it was defintely closer to the medium well side of done-ness, but the taste really helped compensate for that. I really appreciate a place that can season a burger well and doesn't just throw a patty on a bun and call it a day! I can't wait to go back!

Loved my first visit to The Crunkleton! The hostess was super sweet and got us to a table with a very minimal wait(5 min). Cocktails are their specialty and i was stoked to see that a lot of the menu is gin based. Then, I was even more excited to see 2 tiki options! Onto the food, everything that came to the table impressed us. The brussels are fantastic, wings are amazing and the burger is a serious contender for best in Charlotte! Overall a nice little spot worth checking out, especially for the burger.

Adorable inside. So cozy. The chairs and bar stools are super comfortable and they have done a great job with the interior design. It is a small space, so it was refreshing that they didn't cram as much into the space as they could. Very roomy booths and nice lighting. They have a small patio too right on 7th street. Huge bar selection with great specialty cocktails. Service was a little slow getting our drinks, but sometimes that is what you get when offering so many specialty drinks. We started with the charcuterie appetizer, which was beautiful, but very small portions for the price. The burger was excellent as were the brussels sprouts. We lingered, enjoying many cocktails for a few hours and the server was very attentive and friendly. But, when we went to get the check it took forever. That is the one time during the meal you want to be quick!

Visited on a Sunday morning with a friend for their new brunch menu! The cocktails list is extensive and there's definitely something for everyone. I enjoyed the Pillow Fight (Adult Coffee served on hand shaved ice) - it was the perfect balance of coffee flavor, a little sweet note, and liquor. They serve fresh fruit in place of bread for the table - loved the fresh watermelon to start our morning! We each ordered the scrambles - I had the Rancheros and my friend enjoyed the Tree Hugger, we each also added a side of bacon. The food was delicious although next time I will definitely ask for my bacon well done (I like mine crispy)! Loved the atmosphere and we were able to sit and enjoy a long brunch and catching up without feeling pressured to dine and leave quickly. The whole place is beautiful and makes you feel so calm and invited. Fair warning - there's a $10 membership fee to dine which I don't really understand, but it does show up on the bill.

Cool restaurant; You need a Membership needed to dine, $10.00 you can join online. We went for brunch, burger was great and I was able to order it medium rear - it is nice to get a nice medium rear burger cooked over a grill - they cook everything from their open kitchen. All the food was hot and fresh. We had to sit at the bar - not a problem with us as everyone was friendly- real team environment, some of the best service we have experienced in a while. If you enjoy a nice cup of coffee this is the place for you. We didn't order any cocktails during our brunch - but it was fun watching the bartenders creative different mixes for their cocktails everything being made from scratch.
