Overnighted a card to my mother the Thursday before the weekend of mother’s day she didn’t receive it til two weeks later and the woman at the desk informed me that there is no guarantee on paid post. Before this, I was told that informed delivery is no guarantee of delivery and that there’s nothing they can do when my mail
Is lost. There is zero customer consideration and no accountability. These are just two of multiple examples over the years. Just awful. And I used to live in California this post office is so much worse.

I’ve read most of the reviews In this trend Of messages by , as I thought of looking for the nearest place where I could you return a package from Amazon, then I found this place, which caught me by surprise simply because I had a terrible incident with this particular lady you are talking about. Yes, this was many years ago! She was just snotty and With such repulsive personality! I thought she was so indifferent because I am an Asian minority. I could not assist, but talk back to her and ask her why she is so snotty it’s time I do transaction with her, in particular. And I said that I will never go back to this place, even if it takes me to drive all the way to Albemarle. I contemplated on what I said later on, maybe I just had a bad day. Now, I just realize that it’s not me who’s got an issue with her. This lady must be miserable, I feel bad for her after reading all this negative comments about her attitude! The best of luck to her. Even if she doesn’t lose her job, the fact she is as miserable as she can be at her workplace that must be enough punishment for her. I hope she can resolve her personal issues before things get out of hand in her workplace. Somebody’s got to lose their temper and poorly stick it up to her, one of these days; it’s just a matter of time. The best luck to her.

Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. Countless people ahead of me chatted and laughed with the workers, but when I got to the counter and asked questions regarding passports, I was an inconvenience. Mind you, there was no one else behind me, so I wasn’t holding up the line. She constantly acted annoyed and when I heard her huff while getting me a duplicate form, I told her to hand me the items and I’d take it to a different location because I could tell she was annoyed. Her response was “I’m not annoyed, we’re just behind”…I’m sorry, but you weren’t behind while being chatty with the people in front of me, and why am I reaping the consequences of your attitude when I’m not the reason you’re behind. I’m a customer asking questions …

I'm sick of my new mail carrier shoving packages in my mailbox that are too large to fit so they cram them in 😡 we had the absolute best carrier until the past month and the one woman working inside the post office us always so rude and just miserable

I am going start off as I am not one to complain but omg I am sick and tired of my packages arriving damaged from here. Multiple times they have stuck my packages in ants or some crazy place in my yard not only that my package today arrived with a sticky pink substance all over it and I am very upset. Not only that the lady who works at the front desk is just so freaking rude. Seriously what is her problem I have just started going to Albemarle to ship out my packages. Do better Norwood post office!
