Made an appointment for a flu shot at 11:50.Arrived and checked in on line at 11:45. 1 person ahead of me in waiting room. Waited 45 minutes with no contact from anyone at cvs. Went on line and Canceled appointment and left.

Pharmacy associates did not follow through with filling a prescription that I called about early in the day, although the doctors approved the refill due to medicine being lost. Pharmacist stated that it was not his issue or responsibility to ensure prescription was filled because I did not speak to him on my intitial call. He was very rude and condescending during the entire exchange. Child went to bed in a lot of pain due to the poor service and execution at this Pharmacy.

Unpleasant, immature pharmacist, who threatened to transfer my prescription (the one I needed yesterday) somewhere else, then says it won't be ready until tomorrow

Internet says free flu shots. My husband went there n they told him the flu vaccine is $50. I called the store CVS in Oak Ridge, NC they told me it's only free if you have insurance. He does not have insurance as he only works part-time. Why does the internet say specifically Free Flu Shots at CVS then when you get there they charge $50 without insurance. It's pitiful service!!

Horrible Service, scheduled appointment online and when I arrived the system had malfunctioned. I didn't show in the system but they could see it on my phone. They wouldn't take me as a walk in. Get all our scrips there.?!?!

This CVS refuses to fill non-controlled prescriptions from veterinarians. I recommend finding a pharmacy that actually cares about its clients, both human and pet.

No one in store to help. Pharmacy staff was of no help. I walked out. Will not ever spend my money there. Revco was all about customer service back in the day . Hello Walgreens.

They now have all self checkout, no one behind the counter. So I can pay more and do all the work to check myself out... or stay home and order for less on Amazon. Bad move CVS.

The store itself seems to be ok and somewhat organized but the pharmacy is a complete joke. We left Walgreens for CVS convenience of location but have been extremely disappointed with the overall service, poorly trained staff and lack of effort from some of the employees including the pharmacist. Except for some of the staff many lack common sense and don't seem to know how to communication with customers at all. We've even heard some very strange excuses as to why they couldn't fill our prescription. Like the supplier has stopped production for a few months on my medicine. I mean really? Why is it that other locations have the same thing and have no idea what these guys are talking about. I assume this is from lack of training or direction from the pharmacist. Speaking of the pharmacist I actually have no idea how he even got employment here as he's very unprofessional, seems to lack medical knowledge as compared to others in this field and provides almost no direction to his employees. He's also totally closed minded to hear any constructive criticism. Unfortunately, until they move this guy out I don't see any improvement for this location as the pharmacist provides direction for the rest of his dept.

Don't pay attention to details on Rx's for patients. Gave us a medication for another person. Charged us way too much money for the Rx. Cause us to waste hours of time talking to the insurance company when it was their mistake! Their service is extremely poor!
