Horrible Service, scheduled appointment online and when I arrived the system had malfunctioned. I didn't show in the system but they could see it on my phone. They wouldn't take me as a walk in. Get all our scrips there.?!?!

This CVS refuses to fill non-controlled prescriptions from veterinarians. I recommend finding a pharmacy that actually cares about its clients, both human and pet.

No one in store to help. Pharmacy staff was of no help. I walked out. Will not ever spend my money there. Revco was all about customer service back in the day . Hello Walgreens.

They did my photo twice and the passport office returned both it to me! Old camera and poor lighting!

The store itself seems to be ok and somewhat organized but the pharmacy is a complete joke. We left Walgreens for CVS convenience of location but have been extremely disappointed with the overall service, poorly trained staff and lack of effort from some of the employees including the pharmacist. Except for some of the staff many lack common sense and don't seem to know how to communication with customers at all. We've even heard some very strange excuses as to why they couldn't fill our prescription. Like the supplier has stopped production for a few months on my medicine. I mean really? Why is it that other locations have the same thing and have no idea what these guys are talking about. I assume this is from lack of training or direction from the pharmacist. Speaking of the pharmacist I actually have no idea how he even got employment here as he's very unprofessional, seems to lack medical knowledge as compared to others in this field and provides almost no direction to his employees. He's also totally closed minded to hear any constructive criticism. Unfortunately, until they move this guy out I don't see any improvement for this location as the pharmacist provides direction for the rest of his dept.

I've never had any problems with the drive through pharmacy. I use their app for refills and payment and it's easy breezy. The best part is you don't have to touch that clipboard that has GOT to be a germ factory.
