Please heed the past two 1-star reviews!Today, my mom was charged 75$ for a prescription she has picked up from this CVS for a year, which was normally 25$ (Something a previous reviewer mentioned ALSO happened!). She forgot the name of it so she had me on the phone. I stated what the prescription name was, she repeated after me, and the technicians insisted that she was wrong and told her to take the brand name, which was now 75$.Alarmed, she said she did not want this prescription and went home. I called shortly after.Not only did a different woman insist that my mother said a different prescription name repeatedly (which was wrong! I was on the phone with her!), they had gone as far as to CANCEL the prescription! Without offering ANY clarification as to why this was 75$! I then asked why on earth it was more expensive and ONLY THEN did they say it was for a 3 month supply for the brand name! NO ONE MENTIONED THIS when my mother was picking up her script! Not only this but this person’s insistence that WE were uninformed, as well as forcing words down my mother’s throat and refusing to apologize for misunderstanding her (I want to add that they made her spell her name three times. Never happened before today either) was extremely racist!Why did you not mention at all that this prescription was 75$ because we were paying for a 3 month supply? Why does that not reflect the notification we received in her texts and in her CVS account (which also says she should’ve paid 25$ today before you CANCELED THE PRESCRIPTION)? And above all… why did you insist that WE were mistaken, when YOU didn’t offer ANY clarity on the price change whatsoever?I don’t need a formal apology! I only request an acknowledgment that there was a misunderstanding. “We should have mentioned that this was for a 3 month supply.” That’s all! But instead, they went and blamed my mother, who has used this CVS for years with us AND PICKED UP THE SAME PRESCRIPTION FOR YEARS HERE, for repeatedly giving the wrong prescription name (which was NOT TRUE)! They only needed to log into their account to see all of these things and instead they chose to be racist and feign innocence.I am so deeply disgusted by the behavior of the woman on the phone and it is only out of common courtesy that I am not mentioning her by name. We have NEVER had this happen before. Something has changed about this pharmacy and I warn everyone to use this pharmacy with utmost caution or, better yet, just change pharmacies completely. We are never coming here again if we can help it.

This pharmacy was awesome but went down the drain. My wife has been trying to get a script for weeks and they keep blaming the doctor for not sending it. Once they finally agreed to fill the prescription, they were out of stock. In fact, they are always out of stock on many things. At one point, I was witness to two employees literally yelling back and forth at each other over break times. We have tried to be patient over the last six months, but we are at our whits end. Time to transfer!!!!

CVS has so went down hill! This location is TERRIBLE AND SLOW! They have lines out the roof and don't hire help feel so sorry for those still working there. I highly recommend crossroads pharmacy in oak ridge always have staff and always friendly still customer focus! Avoid this location. You will be waiting till next year to get your meds

My family will never step foot in this location again the pharmacy closes before 1:30 and then opens after 2:00 then yells at customers "we're closed!" Don't get me started on the cuck with the manbun steer clear of this abomination of a CVS

Excellent service at the pharmacy. Everyone was very helpful. They are always super busy but will answer questions and are helpful with medications.

Nick is always helpful and kind. He goes out of his way to help me with anything I ask. I have never received bad service at from the store or pharmacy. Nick has personally walked around the store with me multiple times to help me find the correct over the counter medications I may need. I really appreciate him and everything he does.

Kayleigh is passionate about providing help to her customers. I went in last week with a new prescription that was not covered under my plan. When I took the prescription in last week she immediately looked for a discount coupon. She made other suggestions to help cover the cost working with my doctor and my insurance company. When I went back this week she was super cheerful and helpful again. Thanks to Kayleigh for being a dose of sunshine!

Nick is one of the best pharmacists I have dealt with period, regardless of pharmacy. He takes his time to answer questions, is super competent in his work and genuinely a nice person and I highly recommend him and CVS Oak Ridge, NC.

Beware of the pharmacist named Nick. He will not provide a patron with his provider number or last name. He is running a very unethical and illegal business behind closed doors.

Nick, oh how we love Nick. I don't know why he's still working here because CVS must have very low standards when it comes to choosing it's staffing. I went in to pick up a simple prescription that I was told had been filled 3hrs prior. I walk in and it's not ready. I make a comment about how they said it was ready to the lady I was speaking to at the counter and he rushes over from his little standing computer and proceeded to yell "If you sit down on that couch right there lady I'll have your medicine ready in 20min!" I had a lot going on and I didn't feel good at all. This guy yelled at me in front of a line of people showing his tail. How many complaints do you have to get about Nick before you do something about him? Your customers and reviews will keep going down until you do, I mean seriously?

If you want someone who counts pills and puts them into a bottle to dictate when and when you cannot take your medicine- instead of your actual doctor, then run up here and see Nick the pharmacist. I have had to prove him wrong on multiple occasions to receive my medication. He tries to create his own rules, and completely discriminates against a certain group of people. This is life and death for some people, yet we have people like Nick here who cannot even count. Yes, someone who cannot count is filling your medicine. I have videos of him being completely condescending and inappropriate and he is being reported. The staff, on the other hand, is great. I know multiple people who have had this experience with Nick. CVS do yourself a favor and fire him. I promise you would get quite a bit of business back.Edit to add: pharmacist is refusing to speak to me due to leaving a review. District manager has been notified.Edit: Have now confirmed with doctor that pharmacist filled the incorrect amount of medication that was actually called in.
