We had a wonderful experience with Happytail Puppies Our puppy is beautiful and healthy. There was no pressure and the transaction was easy. Happytail honored every aspect of this adoption. No surprises! They were great with communication and very organized. I am absolutely thrilled with my sweet puppy. Many thanks to Cierra for your kindness and professionalism.

Wonderful experience. Very professional and curtious. We love our new fur baby. Place was clean and well kept. Definitely not a puppy mill! The ladies communicated very clearly everything that we should expect. Even had adorable tote bag of goodies to go. Definitely would recommend them.

During the purchase experience with Happytail Puppies, I had the opportunity to explore their purchasing and adoption procedures for their 10-year health guarantee. As a customer, I presented offers on two adorable puppies: a maltipoo and a sheepadoodle. I was thrilled when both of my offers were accepted, and I promptly paid the deposit to secure these furry companions. One aspect that stood out to me was how Happytail Puppies went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Despite the usual 48-hour pickup requirement, they allowed me to pick up my puppies in just four days instead (due to my work schedule). This level of flexibility and customer service made the entire process more pleasant and convenient for me.Before making my final decision, I wanted to ensure that I was dealing with a reputable company. After all, I had been searching for new puppies for months and wanted to avoid any potential issues. So, I decided to research more about Happytail Puppies and read through other customers' experiences. To my surprise, I came across a significant number of negative reviews. Many claimed that Happytail Puppies sold sick puppies that sadly passed away within a short period after purchase. Some even suggested that the company was operating as a puppy mill, warning potential buyers to stay away.Naturally, these reviews instilled fear in me, but I had already paid the deposits for my puppies. Despite my concerns, I decided to continue with the adoption process. However, I couldn't shake off the worry completely.Thankfully, my consultant, Angel, was incredibly understanding and supportive. I reached out to her about my concerns, and she took the time to address them and ease my mind to the best of her abilities. Her assistance helped alleviate some of the anxiety I was feeling. Now, as a proud fur mom to two adorable puppies from Happytail Puppies, I can confidently say that my experience has been positive. Both puppies are healthy and have been confirmed as such by our veterinarian. In fact, a health assessment was conducted on both puppies [by Happytail Puppies] just one day before we picked them up.It has been three weeks since we brought our puppies home, and they are thriving in their new environment. Each one has a unique personality that brings joy to our family. The Sheepadoodle is full of energy and always keeps us entertained with her playful antics. On the other hand, the Maltipoo is more laid-back but still enjoys playtime in his own way. We affectionately call him "Pee-Pee Boy" due to his occasional accidents indoors.I would also like to address one common claim made in reviews regarding the purchase experience. Some mentioned that Happytail Puppies required customers to purchase health insurance for the puppies (at the last minute before receiving the puppies). While I cannot speak about everyone's experience, I can say that this was not the case for me. Happytail Puppies was forthcoming about their adoption procedures and what must be met for the 10-year health guarantee eligibility.Overall, my purchase experience with Happytail Puppies was satisfactory. They demonstrated professionalism, accommodated my needs, and provided healthy puppies that have brought immense joy to our lives. Despite initial concerns, I am grateful for the positive outcome of this process.

We got our sweet Sophie (formerly Apricot) Christmas 2022. She has been a wonderful, sweet dog. She is my 6th miniature schnauzer but my 1st puppy. Paula, our puppy consultant, was very helpful during the process. She answered all our questions in a timely manner, sent videos and gave helpful puppy advice. I highly recommend Happytail Puppies. I will definitely get our next puppy from here!

I searched all over trying to find the perfect addition to our family. I began working with Cierra and she has been great! She is the perfect edition to our family. I would definitely go back and get another puppy from Happytail Puppies. However, I’m not sure if I would do the training program again. They are so young and while they do learn young, I think from what I can tell 8-12 weeks is just too young to get any real training accomplished. Maybe the 8 week is program is better, but 4 weeks she didn’t retain a lot of what was taught. Although the trainers were very communicative and always willing to send pictures and video of training sessions.

When I decided to get another cocker spaniel, I found Happy Tail Puppies and I could not be more pleased with them. When you go through an agent like Happy Tail Puppies, you never know what you are dealing with, I heard reviews that they were a puppy mill, and nothing could be farther from the truth. On pickup day that was scheduled, my puppy had a little runny nose, they would not release him until that was cleared up. They really do care about the puppies, my vet checked out our puppy and gave him a perfect bill of health. and did I mention he is adorable, my vet even asked if they could do a selfie with my puppy. The real icing on the cake was working with Cierra, I sent multiple emails and questions, and she weas super responsive. she answered them all truthfully and quickly, she is the tops in my book. a few customers that wrote bad reviews, would not be happy anywhere because Cierra and Happy Tail Puppies were outstanding. By the way Mia was also awesome. we got pictures and a video during our wait until the puppy was old enough. what a puppy buying experience should always be like, can't say enough good things about them

I should have went with the reviews!!!!!! first thing I made and appointment to go visit some puppies was told I could only see 3 puppies, i get there and you have to sit out side and they bring the puppies to you. I put a deposit down on the puppy and me and my spouse was going to return the following morning to pick up the puppy was told we couldn't come because our consultant would not be there (understandable but what if I was outta town) i called back and ask could I see a couple more puppies before making my purchase so Lisa was more than happy to let me come and see a couple more however one of the ones I want to see was sick. I ended up getting the first one I picked out got her home she slept mostly the first two days they stated they gave her meds for the ride however once she came around got playful and "her self" she started coughing and we went to the vet they stated she had and infection blood work xrays make sure there not damage to lungs long story short paid ovrt $1000 for a dog and now a vet bill ovet $700 when called them to discuss the matter they act like there was not dog sick when clearly I was told Icould not see one due to them being sick

My experience at this place when acquiring my pet was quite straightforward, and the staff were friendly. I introduced them to my Frenchie, who, so far, is in good health. However, there were some negative aspects that left me puzzled. When my dog arrived home, she seemed frightened when being carried, as if some insecurity had been instilled in her at the place. What surprised me even more was the additional $200 charge for a chip that was not included in the advertised price, and I was not informed about this in advance.I inquired about vaccinations and was told that my dog could coexist with other dogs and go outside. However, when I checked the chip's app, I discovered that it did not contain complete information about the vaccinations, and it was missing some essential ones. This was a concern, as my dog could have unintentionally been exposed to infections without my knowledge. When I attempted to obtain more information, the staff directed me to the app and claimed not to have any records on the matter.Furthermore, they provided me with a bag of inexpensive food, syringes for cases of bloody stools, and a collar that didn't even fit my dog properly. Overall, this experience left me perplexed on various fronts. Despite it all, I managed to get my dog vaccinated, and she is now in good health. My advice is to exercise caution when buying a pet from this place and ensure you are well-informed about the medical conditions in which the pet is delivered, as the information and services offered can be confusing and unreliable.

Ciera was wonderful. It was difficult trusting people you found online so I was nervous and skeptical. I am sooooo glad I gave Happy Tails a chance. Newdool is 8 months old and loved. He has the happiest personality and smarttttt. He was so easy to house train against what folks said about yorkies. He is a teacup morkie so I guess its different strokes for different folks. My only regret is NOT getting two like I was planning!

We brought home our sweet mini goldendoodle, Bogey, with the help of Paula! Paula was communicative, responsive, and super supportive through the entire process! Bogey is exactly the pup we wanted and came happy and healthy! We also have several family members with allergies and our F1B pup has caused no issues :)

We had the absolute best experience buying our puppy from this company. We were walked through the entire process step by step by Paula. She was very responsive before we received him and was happy to help with any questions, at any time after we got him. She genuinely cares for these pups and ensures they receive the absolute best care before and after they find there fur-ever homes! If you are looking for a puppy, I highly recommend them. We love our Simba boy sooo much❤️
