I needed 2 gallons in a hurry to replace a broken decoration. The young man helped me find suitable choices, and he gave me the paper that was priced. I was able to go pay while he inflated the balloons. I wish I knew his name. This wasn't his usual job, he came to help me from another part of the store. I had contact with 3 employees there. They all did a great job helping me.

So today 07/06/25 at 5:30ish pm I come to the lowes to pick up some things on the quick. I had to take a quick stop to the mens room before my shopping trip finished. I entered and went to the first urinal beside the sinks. The floor was so sticky with old urine that my flip flop stuck and I ended up coming out of it to keep from falling to the floor. There was wet urine, along the base of the wall where it meets the floor, there was old orange urine that was sticky with hair and floor debri. Under the urinal about 3ft. from the wall was a nice old sticky patch of urine. I washed up and left out, and you could here my flip flops sticking several steps after I left the restroom till about the isle where you buy paper plates. I cant imagine how far those urine germs go, and I cannot stomach thinking that the staff that also use rhe restroom also working in produce (where things can fall on the floor and be put back on the shelf) or in the meat department where our meat and food is being handled. I called and spoke to an assistant manager about the urine, just as a friendly heads up, and was told that it has been that way for a long time. And that they couldn't find a company to come and clean the bathroom or remove the old sticky urine off the floor. I wasn't in the mood to argue, so I just was thankful that my lowes in my home town is ran better than that and is cleaner. I am hopeful that this review gets to the lowes corporate office and someone with the right credentials can give guidance on how to clean the floors properly, or find a company to come and replace a few tiles under a urinal.

The store and the staff it self is amazing. The only complaint would be their restrooms are not always the cleanest. For the prices we pay for groceries, the restroom fall short on the experience. It's not only at this location but all of their locations.

placed a pickup order and they missed some items, went to go pick up the missing items, asked where i should pick it up and one of the team leaders was so rude saying “i don’t know, just go grab it yourself” i tried asking her to clarify and she just said “yeah just take it and walk out” and she went back to talking with some friends or coworkers with a bunch of attitude.

Lowe’s is my go to when I need that one or two item stop without the hassle of going to a large box store. Very clean super convenient to Summerfield high-quality produce although the prices are a little bit high. I have found the staff to be very helpful and very friendly.

Great for last-minute meals, roasted chicken, great Deli & salad bar... BUT they NEED disposable gloves at the salad bar!! Prices are higher than competitors on brand-name canned goods & meats.
