The entire staff at Novant Health Northwest Family Medicine were caring, responsive, thorough in problem determination, kept me informed about each test/result , referrals when needed. Highly recommend this facility/caregivers to anyone needing routine or a primary care office.

Staff are very friendly and courteous. Medical staff knowledgeable and explain things thoroughly and answer any and all questions you may have. Always an excellent experience here. Marsha is the best !!!! Very caring and compassionate, goes over any concerns I have and is very thorough discussing test results. Very responsive to after visit messages sent via MyChart. Have being coming here many years and the experience has always been the best !!!!

I went to this practice for about 7 years. I kept telling them that I was having hives, rashes, diarrhea, etc. Classic and common symptoms of Alpha Gal Syndrome. It's a tick bourne disease. My NP, Marsha, never tested me for AGS and the disturbing part of it is that her own brother has it! I can't eat red meat because of the syndrome but I was never tested or diagnosed. I ate some pork last October and a few hours later, I was rushed to the ER because of my reaction to meat. I went into anaphylaxis and I thought I was going to die. I took an anonymous survey and told this story. My NP, Marsha, was shown the survey and she sent me a message telling me that I needed to find another practice. She was gaslighting me because of the truth. I'm not going to let this go until something is done. Totally unprofessional and illegal. That's all for now!

An excellent Primary Care Team that cares about you and your medical needs as an individual. Kip Corrington, MD is a good man and a knowledgeable physician who leads an excellent practice. The support staff are top notch professionals who interact well with patients consistently exhibiting decorum and ease. Also, the technology integration, especially in communications, utilizing telehealth, "e-script", MyChart, and much more has been quite advantageous in my healthcare and potentially in yours.

I’ve been a patient here for many years. Ever since they let providers go because of Covid vaccine issues the office has completely been failing ! I’m continued to be told they are short staffed and only have one provider so your medication refills will just sit in an inbox for 3 days and still be unresponded to. Mind you these are medications that must be taken DAILY for my mental health. I’m told to “be patient” and that “I can’t tell you when these will be filled” they do not care about you at all!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that has time for you and cares. This place went from being so great to being absolutely unacceptable.
