“A Shauna was helping me today to get 4 letters in. I walked in at 4:20. She said hand me the envelopes so i can help you. I said let me come back tomorrow. She said no come on let me help! With leaving at 4:31 she stayed to help me! She was the most kindest person I have dealt with in a very long time. Especially other places not going to mention! But what an amazing person she was towards me! She went way out of her way to help me! I definitely won’t go to any other post office than this one! I hope she works here a very long time as its rare to get this type of service! Thanks A Shauna for helping me your wonderful!!”

Your mail is delivered from a CARRIER STATION. Your poor reviews are not relevant for Hilltop unless it involves a window clerk. Thanks”
“Had to leave a review for Summerfield USPS because they helped me big time! I was traveling out of the state for a vacation with my girlfriend and wasn’t gonna be home to receive my package. I went to the office on a Saturday ( day they are closed) to see if I could get it before we left. The manager met me at the back door, took my tracking number and found it. Made my day and made my trip with my GF 100x better from being in such a good mood.”
“This post office has the best customer service. I usually have someone different each time I come but they are always nice. I have even came here in the past for my passport and I've had a really nice experience. Even at busy times I haven't waited very long.
If I have to, I go out of my way to come here.
