“A Shauna was helping me today to get 4 letters in. I walked in at 4:20. She said hand me the envelopes so i can help you. I said let me come back tomorrow. She said no come on let me help! With leaving at 4:31 she stayed to help me! She was the most kindest person I have dealt with in a very long time. Especially other places not going to mention! But what an amazing person she was towards me! She went way out of her way to help me! I definitely won’t go to any other post office than this one! “Had to leave a review for Summerfield USPS because they helped me big time! I was traveling out of the state for a vacation with my girlfriend and wasn’t gonna be home to receive my package. I went to the office on a Saturday ( day they are closed) to see if I could get it before we left. The manager met me at the back door, took my tracking number and found it. Made my day and made my trip with my GF 100x better from being in such a good mood.”
“They are all professional, friendly and efficient. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MAIL/PACKAGE delivery. That’s another location. Get the facts straight. Hilltop is a finance station. Your mail is delivered from a CARRIER STATION. Your poor reviews are not relevant for Hilltop unless it involves a window clerk. Thanks”

“Best PO - we’ve lived in many different places- this is the very best. Our wonderful postmaster personally tracked down an Amazon package that was delivered to the wrong address and delivered it herself! The staff is always friendly and helpful with VERY little turnover- we’ve experienced 24 years of great service.”
