Used them several years without difficulty. This year after picking up my taxes and paying the bill I had two basic questions. I called the office and left two messages with staff for a call back. No response. I left a message on the general mailbox. No response. I went to the office to see if I could get someone to call me back, and I was told by staff that no one who does taxes could call me back because, "they have a lot of things to do."

Incompetent, negligent, unprofessional and just plain rude. The person I worked with while using this firm began with what I thought would be a great relationship and quickly turned into a nightmare. They never gave me a straight answer to any of my questions regarding quickbooks and when tax season arrived, I found that they had neglected to give me the proper instructions on reconciling. So what I could have taken care of throughout the previous year, had to be done in a matter of a week causing me to pause everything else I had going on with running a business to rush through a years worth of information. I am certain that I ended up paying way more than I should have due to this situation.This in one of many issues I had while dealing with this firm and I could go on and on with documentation of each interaction but all I will say is that I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this firm.

One of the worst CPA firms I've ever worked with; horrible communication and customer service. I do not recommend to anyone. They consistently remain understaffed making their workloads too heavy to tend to all of their clients.

Jennifer and Samuel do my taxes since 2012. They have been wonderful and very quick to process our taxes every year. They are very knowledgeable and always give us good advice on best ways to proceed with our businesses. Highly recommend their services and customer service is excellent!
