Great place to get gas, friendly staff. I miss the old pizza though. The new pizza is not as good. I used to stop here for lunch frequently but everything I’ve tried since they switched to the new food is not as good. Just tried a pepperoni pizza and took one bite and threw it away. But other than that, great place to get gas.

Update 8/4/2024
I have stopped here multiple times in the past two month and it is always cash only. Is this normal for this business? What gives????? Very inconvenient to have this gas station on my way home and not be able to get gas, snacks and drinks without being told to go to an ATM.
Very nice store to be missing out on customer sales with snacks and drinks (what profits gas stations)
Stopped to get gas, Couldn’t use Shell Pay or manually enter loyalty number and on top of that it was CASH only inside. Nice gas station but Never going back due to that inconvenience

This Shell is unsafe in the mornings, full of trucks, trailers they take all the pumps. I stop going there, I go instead to High Point. It’s a shame I live in Oak Ridge. I hope they close it.

Decent gas station in Oak Ridge. I’d be wary of one of the employees, a young girl. Chelsea “Burcutt” or “Beckett”. Chelsea was very overly friendly with my wife in a creepy way and randomly told my wife her last name. My wife didn’t even ask.

They need to fix there gas pump printers. Been going there fir the last 2 months and have to keep going inside to get a printed receipt. First they told me printer wasn't working on pump 7 so today I changed to pump 3 and now they tell me there need to order paper. Another customer on a different pump came in also. This is ridiculous. Last week I had to wait in line for 10 minutes just to get a receipt.

Watch out for the middle aged woman on the register. Severe attitude problem as well as hearing issues which contributed to her confusion and belligerence. I kindly approached her after waiting 10 minutes at the pump I gave her money for. She spitefully said I told her a different number, which I didn't, and upon restating to her the correct one, she gave me a disgusting attitude.
