We took my iPhone 7+ to the Genius Bar at the Apple store on Friendly. They were very nice and told me the logic board had crashed. They could fix for $349 but they recommended I upgrade the phone. We agreed and went to our local Verizon dealer, Russell Cellular Oak Ridge. Sarah Boggs was working and let me tell you, she is sweet as pie and really knows her stuff. With my "Go big or go home" attitude, I picked the iPhone 14 Pro Max in Deep Purple (hence the music by Deep Purple). She looked up my Verizon account and got me a great deal. She answered all of my questions and used my recent iCloud backup to load my new phone. It was seamless and painless! The phone comes with a cord but not the C outlet plug. She hooked me up with a combo pack that included the C a/c adaptor, a car adapter and an extra cord. I was ready to roll! I highly recommend Sarah and this location!

Awful. Switched from sprint and have had nothing but problems. From porting our numbers over to not transferring. They added a whole other line. Got there today at 5:34 and the store was already locked and closed and the website hours says they close at 6pm. They don’t open till 10 am. Understaffed. Bad customer service.

Went in to get an upgrade (my sons phone). Would not take Iphone11 for trade in. Sarah immediately SOLD US IPHONE 13 and said “he” (a dealer?) is going to give her a phone to offset charge(still will not take iphone 11 that I wanted to trade). This continued ; got my bill and am paying for TWO PHONES. Callled Sarah -her words “He/dealer promised me an XR Wed.; call me Thurs.) i called SEVEN WEEKS LATER and STILL not RESOLVED. This store is underhanded. They can sell you a phone but cannot trade. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I went into this Verizon Retail store looking at possibly upgrading my son's old iPhone. The store manager, I think her name was Sara, told us we could get $440 off a new iPhone 13 if we traded in my son's iPhone 8. We decided to trade. She didn't give me any paperwork showing the trade-in, she just said it would show on my next Verizon bill. Just to be safe, a few days later I called and spoke directly with Verizon and they informed me that she only claimed for $300, not the $440 as promised. They said she'd have to fix it on her side, so I reached back out to the store manager. She said she claimed the $440, but she'd check and get back with me. A few days go by without a call or text, so I reach out to her again. She tells me it's fixed and will appear on my next bill. The next bill comes, and it's still not there. I call Verizon customer support and I get the same response. There's nothing they can do on their side. So, I contact the store manager again. She says she'll get with her Rep the following day and get it fixed. Days go by and again she doesn't let me know if she got it fixed or not, so I text her and call and leave a message, but still nothing! I feel like I've been deceived and wonder if this is typical of this business. The bill is cumbersome to understand. I think this happens to a lot of customers and people do not always catch it because the bills are so hard to breakdown, especially when you have several phone lines. BEWARE & GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I stopped by this store to see if repairs were even possible to my phone. Victor was there to help me and I got superb customer service. He listened to me, made a call on my behalf, took care of business and even followed up afterwards. It all worked out beautifully. Thank you Victor!

Switched over to Verizon a year ag . Lucas was very helpful and took a lot of time with me. Today I added a line. Khan was also so very helpful and found me the best deals for my famil . I have been extremely happy with verizon and this store, in particular. Thanks guys.

Purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max on Monday from Victor and was told that he would "transfer" an Otterbox Defender cover for the phone to be installed on Wednesday. Called today to check on the status of the cover and he did not order the cover for us. Then told me that I needed to put down a deposit for the cover in order for it to be transferred to the store. When I expressed my annoyance that the cover was not ordered he told me that I was not clear in what I wanted. The store is not very well stocked for covers, would not recommend. Victor seems to have a short term memory then turns around and blames the customer for not being clear.

Purchased 2 new phones at this Verizon store. Lucas Wright was professional, friendly, knowledgeableAnd patient. He went out of his way to solve and settle problems with the one Verizon account. Took a lot of time and knew answers to any questions we had. Thanks Lucas!

So went into Verizon wireless in Oak ridge Saturday because noticed my phone was shutting down alot....Lucas told me exactly what the problem was battery was swelling and was becoming very dangerous so he lead me to some very helpful people and right when I got my brand new phone Lucas spent his precious time helping me make sure all was just right with my phone!! He went above and beyond to make sure before I left that my phone was working and all my precious memories and moments were downloaded and put in my new phone!!! If I should have any problems with my phone I will definitely go back to Lucas and highly recommend him to anyone for his great customer service!!!

Lucas and Michael are awesome. They know what they are doing and if you have a problem, they can take care of you. I am real good at doing something crazy with my phone. But no problem. They can fix it. This is one of the best Verizon stores I've been in. Thank you guys and thank you Verizon for putting 2 awesome guys in this store.
