“Every time I do business at this branch all of the staff are very helpful and polite. I am always greeted by name and take the time to answer all of my questions. Keep in mind that this is a smaller bank so sometimes you do have to wait in line but it is what it is. I would much rather wait in line at a bank with friendly staff who know my name than someplace where they could not care less about their customers.”
