The customer service really stood out from Brendan, who set me up, to the two friendly young women greeting everyone at the door. Honestly, their hospitality surpasses most big-box gyms I’ve been to in Charlotte. Will definitely be back next year.”

“Been a member here for 2.5 years and the amenities are well worth the price of the membership. The staff are pleasant and friendly and the outdoor pool is huge.My 9 year old son and I enjoy our daily summer visits to the pool.The attached restaurant has excellent food at a fair price, large portions, great waitstaff.Seatrail is investing a good chunk of money into improvements to the pools and outdoor areas this Fall 2023.Some times in the early morning in the summer there are older ladies that come to the pool to do lessons or something and a couple of them don’t like kids at all and are very blunt about it- so stay away from them or dont come before 10am.The bathrooms and showers are nice, need updates but those are coming this Fall as well; they have a hot tub and indoor heated pool too.Facilities are open all year long.This is the only pool besides the college thats open to the public in the county ($60 for one adult per month or $125 for a family per month).They also have a pool table and shuffle board in the game room.”

“Great course! The greens are rolling really good very smooth. The fair ways will roll forever even after the rain we got over the last few days. Everything I have is positive except for the beverage cart today. Never saw it on our front nine and on the back nine only saw it once and she never asked if we needed anything. She stayed on her cell phone, could not even get her attention the entire time we saw her. The course is great if you are looking for a really good local course to play.”
